I'm on irc, anyway there should be a popping up thing in the upper part of the excel window as soon as you load the file, that's where the option is, but you can also enable macros by default ( options... protection...enable all macros ), I don't know the exact names here because I have the Italian version :p

Do you RNG on emerald?
First you fill about 512 ID/SID combos, then you start breeding the poke, when you get an egg that has the right nature/gender/trait you're looking for you take its PID and put it in the egg tab, then follow the next steps.
Sometimes bothering is necessary, anyway ShadowHunter's guide explains how to use the excel file, I just explain how to use the egg tab.
You need to unpause the game and finish your conversation with the daycare man (obtaining the egg) at the same time. If you unpause first and collect the egg after, the game will skip frames. If the frame difference is alot, you're probably hitting alternate frames or splits though.

I'd assume so, as there is no reason it wouldn't be effective still. Just he won't be needed as a weather starter for anything in OU. He could setup up for UU and below still though.
Not entirely. I kind of know the Meta, but I haven't done too much playing of it. I'm going to be once I get tutored through the Battle 101 SubForum. But before and after that I am mainly going to try playing LC. -
