commenting on the Rotom analysis here:
1) Since Rotom is so frail, it can't even take defensive mons attacks w/o sub, so thats why you run max HP (Heavy Slam from Steelix has a chance to break sub D:)
2) Also I reworded the steel type part if you could look that over (updated the OP w/ your check)
