    I finished the pidgey: shiny, timid, HP ground 70

    For the IVs, based on the nature, I figure you're using the special set, so I went with a spread of 31/3/31/30/30/31, which is hp ground 70 with the lowest atk, so less damage from confusion (since you're using tangled feet)
