Were I to RNG abuse using the Pokeradar, it says I need a frame in the 700s. Is it really necessary? And do you know of any good spreads in the 700s?
Also, do you know the monster frame of the Lake of Rage Gyarados? Like, say the spread I wanted was on frame 100 of CST, how many RNG advances would I do?
I can just search for method 1 IV spreads to find them, right?
Oh, I've given up on that.
However, I would like to RNG abuse my Lake of Rage Gyarados in Soul Silver. I believe that follows a similar pattern?

you need to know the regular PID you are attempting, so enter in the IVs and nature. Hover over the SEED column and it will display the hex PID.
Just follow the directions to get that PID to appear and give you a seed, and then you generate it as a method J or K and press shift to change the frame.
