Decided to try for HP Ground instead, so Magne(mite/ton/zone) and Rock/Steels aren't a complete wall against me. Besides, I'll have SolarBeam for Hippo(potas/wdon).

I think I found a useful site on Ev training your Bulbasaur. However it's going to take even longer now since I need to recharge my Ds battery, and probably start over from Level 4 with 100 Hp and 100 Def.
