Yes, I'm sure there are users who look down upon hacks, but it seems they don't feel the same about cloning via AR. I don't think any pokemon touched by an external device is legitimate because the pokemon couldn't have existed without it, and since that device must have cost money, it's like you're paying extra money for a pokemon other people can't get without the device. Do you see my point?
But anyways, do you accept the trade offer? That is:

Well, I prefer to obtain my own pokemon because I can't be sure if what I get in a trade is hacked or been touched by an AR. I'm only making an exception with the event Regigigas because very few would let go of their only one.
I'm also unfamiliar with trade threads and their rules. I have checked out your thread, however, and if I'm interested in anything, it would be the WISHMKR Shiny Jirachi, but I don't know if you'll be willing to trade it for one of my pokemon.
Need some ideas on which move tutor moves you are talking about. and for which pokemon as well.
They are non-shiny, but we are doing a one-way trade aren't we? You'll be trading the cloned event Regigigas for either my Lapras or Rotom. Don't worry about cloning my poke's to trade back, since I can get them cloned myself.
As far as the EVs go, Rotom is 4/252/252/2(HP/Sp.Atk/Spe/Something else). I can't remember how I trained Lapras; it doesn't follow Smogon's standards.
Oh, you wanted both of them? I still need to transfer it to my R4 Platinum, though. I'll check your thread to see what I want later on, and yeah, that Raikou has HP Ground.
