    Are you using power items? Have you found a seed? If you're using power items, you won't get the right results.

    I use Min Frame: 60 and Max Frame: 85 That gets me all the spreads I need. You can increase the max frame if you want more spreads, but you'll have to do more chatters.
    Do you have the latest version of RNG Reporter? If so, click "Time Finder" --> "4th/5th Gen Shiny Egg" --> Breeding Type: BW (or International if you're using International parent + English parent), and fill put the info it tells you to. It's pretty straightforward.
    You put the pokemon in the daycare, and then RNG them. You'll have to make sure the parents inherit 31s and 30s in the right places for the inheritance patterns of the seed.

    Just shiny. I just RNGed the shinyness with happiness taps and coin flips, and then SRed until I got those IV's =D
