3DS takes 8 seconds to load while DS Lite takes 1 second. Meaning, you'll have to start your 3DS ~8 seconds before your target time, as opposed to 1 second before with DS Lite. This is for Standard Seed abuse.

Catch the pokemon and check the characteristic it has. Which stationary are you going for? If one of the 3 musketeers, 141 HP is the max for them; if Volcarona, 220 HP is the number to look for.

Musharna and I get the righ IVs just not shiny.

Did you put the IVs in for check characteristics tab in RNG Reporter? If not, do that first, then try hitting your seed again, and catch Musharna without a syncher in front to find where you hit.
 
Hello. I just got a new version of White and I was planning on RNGing the TID/SID for a low shiny frame. However I do almost all of my RNGing by breeding since it is more convenient for me. When I plug the desired seed and frame into Pandora's box it gives a TID/SID combination that makes the Method 5 PIDRNG personality value shiny not the Breeding (BW) personality value shiny. Is there any way to work around this?


The best I could come up with is to look at the 8 digit PID value for the breeding frame I want and try to find some frame in the PIDRNG tab that has the same value and plug that into Pandora's box.

You don't need to abuse the ID/SID for breeding. That's only for captures. Just keep searching for a lower shiny frame for breeding.

EDIT: Oh, and for a shiny starter.

The RNG has +/- 1 or so calls if a save file is present (deletion)

The Minimum frame is essentially the lowest frame you can hit on that seed when trying to get IDs.

As for the shiny starter, you should be fine with the guess+check. Make sure it all works out before you take the time to get those IDs.

How do you delete a save file?
I'm not trying to get a shiny starter. o_o
I'm just trying to get the TID 00027 & the SID 10000.

google, it's a certain button combination at the continue screen

It should also be in the manual that came with the game.
