5th Gen PRNG Help / Info - Latest: RNG Reporter 9.96.5, PPRNG 1.15.0

Could someone explain this please? Would help alot
0 -> 11 encounter slots, just like last generation.
C-Gear advances the PIDRNG by around 1.733times/sec.
Rain advances the PIDRNG by 120times/second.

You were probably fine after the first. All you have to do is get really close. After that it's just your own variation. That's the advantage to this method, you can be calibrated after the first try.
You can't advance the frame by 38 with a party of 5. 38 isn't divisible by 5.
I did all what i was supposed to do to RNG Zekrom,did 24 advances (moving with 4 pokemon 6 times) Caught the Zekrom but got lame IVs,Could this have something to do with the step counter being saved,If so what should i do?
The step counter being saved would only affect it if you didn't make the exact number of steps. I think we'd need more info for anything else.
@ventus, he's saying that you're going to have a hard time advancing that particular number.
You said your target was 41. You start on 3, yes. So 41-3 = 38 frame advances. Which is only possible with 1 pokemon in your party or with 2.
Ok,Heres what i did from the beginning:
Opened Time Finder,Selected method 5,Put my last 6 digit DS mac address,Selected Version White,then i Chose All the Ivs to be 31 searched and got a seed and frame 27,I then opened seed to time finder put i seed i just got(2E91753D) and picked the year(2011) Checked my Mac address and it was correct And Pressed Generate.
I Then got a lot of results and i chose:Date 2011 03 10 Time 07:02:14 Delay 5366.
After that i opened EonTimer kept the calibration as default put the target delay 5366 and target seconds 14,Minutes before target was 2 so i put the Ds to the chosen date and to the time 7:00 while making sure to start the timer at the same time.
Caught Zekrom Checked its Ivs And kept calibrating till when i updated my calibration i got from -56 to -57.I Set the time again to 7:00 while starting the timer at the same time,Entered the game waited for the timer then SR'd,I then entered again and Press Yes on the C-Gear when the second timer ran out.

I had 4 Pokemon in my party,Moved 128x6 Steps Then fought Zekrom and caught him the result was:
25 HP,8 Atk,19 Def,29 Sp.Atk,9 Sp.Def,1 Speed.

That you didn't hit your delay/seed. You have to keep trying.

As Exploits said, you just missed it. Unfortunately, when we're talking about 1/60th of a second, it's really easy to miss it by a couple. Retry. If you don't get it in a few more tries, check that you're hitting where you're supposed to again.

So i should do the last steps again,Or should i re-calibrate?

If possible, how can I use this to guarantee I encounter an Axew?
Look at the encounter slot chart. (http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=61090&page=27)
Since Axew's at slot 5, then it's encounter slot value should be from 70-79. I said slot 5 because I simply counted, starting from 0. 5 was Axew, so I went to the chart and right under 5, was esv 70-79.
By the way, is there codes to know what PID your on? If not then I don't think it will be possible besides saving to advance the PID by 1, and hope for the best.
Well.. you can't. What you can do is try to match the same path and speed when you do encounter one to get the same encounter slot. Those slots are part of the PID RNG and so you can't manipulate it yet.

Check to make sure you're hitting close. Update if necessary. Otherwise, keep trying.
When I'm advancing the frame by walking 128 steps, should I do that before or after I turn the C-Gear on, because everytime I try to advance the frame otherwise I can't find the spread in the Seed to Time function.
