Is Gunk Shot viable on SD LO Toxicroak? I was thinking it would make it less walled by Jellicent, but likely cause it problems in other areas. Does it get any valuable OHKOs/2HKOs that maybe drain punch or ice punch wouldn't? Thanks in advance!

Sucker Punch or Payback would be Toxicroak's best way to deal with Jellicent, Gunk Shot or Poison Jab are still resisted. Obviously you know that Gunk Shot has terrible accuracy. A Poison attack would allow it to hit Slowbro, Starmie, Slowking, Victini, and Volcarona neutrally.

Obviously keep in mind the HP restoring benefit of Drain PunchFollowing on from this, and related to the new move tutors, how does Drain Punch compare to Low Kick?

Not really, but there are a few things you could check out:
~The Smog webzine. There are quite a few articles regarding field effect themed teams; that could help you.
~The RMT forum:

There are some good posters/posts there that could help you create a team.
~Uploaded analysis. These give you movesets and everything you need to know about how to make your pokemon become the best it can be.
Mostly everything else is experience. That's how really solid teams form.
Due to a recent battle where it only did enough damage when my Amoongus used it against a +4 Linoone, it has come to my attention that Foul Play isn't working correctly at the moment. A quick trip over to the PS bug report thread confirmed this (basically now it functions as a regular 95 power move), and made it seem that there isn't a plan to implement it correctly at least currently. At first this bugged me a bit. After all, not only had I just lost a battle, but I would also have to change my Amoongus's moveset. However, it just now dawned on me that there are quite a few mons out there that would love to abuse a broken Foul Play. From Honchkrow, Krookodile, Skuntank, and Weavile to Tyranitar, Shiftry, Absol, and Scrafty, there are a ton of thing that would love to be able to somewhat 'unethically' (can't think of the exact word) upgrade from Crunch or Night Slash.
My question is exactly how 'unethical' would abusing this be? AKA would it be possibly frowned upon but tolerated or would it be straight up not allowed? If it's the latter, I know it's probably not my place, but I'd recommend having it coded as an illegal move at least on anything where the damage dealt would be increased significantly due to the current situation.
hey guys who of the new B2/W2 are uber, it doesnt say on the tier listing?
I want to make a solid Poke team and I want to know more advanced information before making a team like selecting a leader, leader support, and other essential things. All I know is the basics like Lead, lead support, 3 cores and one glue Poke. Any other thing I need to know before building a team?

this thread goes into many peoples' opinions on how they construct a team. there are many opinion. read some of the responses and try one out that you are interested in.
So there is no up-to-date guide to use for team building?
Well there are a lot of ways to build a team. Basically you need to make sure you can handle all the threats listed here. If you're having trouble getting started, pick a pokemon you really like and go from there.
I'm sure there is a lot of methods in building one team, but is there one true method in building a solid team for a beginner? Also, how do I use the threat list?
Why do people who use Tornadus-T use Heat Wave when they're packing a generic Rain team? Don't see much notable use, I opt for Hidden Power Ice instead.
