Ok so my last question was too vague so i'll specify this time.

What is required for Smogon to have a B/W section on the forums. That is, when will we have a 5th gen section, similar to stark mountain, indigo plataeu, etc.? Does the game have to officially release in Japan? Or are we going to be restricted to topics labeled "B/W speculation thread #"?
 
need this really badly. Can anyone who has access to platinum, heartgold, or soulsilver move tutor Heat wave to my Zapdos? I have competitive pokemon ill let you copy in return, or credits as i am actively breeding alot of pokemon as we speak. Please get back to me ASAP
 
Well, I'm kind of new to competitive battling, and was wondering if anyone would mind helping me build a team? It's for semi-competitive use, so I can combine pokemon from any tier that I'd like as I will only be using this against local friends who don't even know about the tiering system, IVs/EVs, or anything of the like. Random Soul Silver question. I'm leveling up pokemon I EV trained in the Elite 4, is Will's Bronzong heat proof or levitate? Just wondering because my 100 Dragonite and Electivire who are EV trained in Atk can't OHKO it with Fire Punch, so I'm assuming heat proof?

Each Pokemon can have a total of up to 510 EVs, so yes. The last two EVs just aren't usually listed on the analyses, because they have no effect on a Pokemon's stats, even at Level 100 (at Level 100, 4 Evs=1 stat point. 510 gives a leftover of 2, which gets rounded down, so they have no effect).
 
Is it legal to use a fully EVed Arceus on Wi-Fi (i.e. The one from Hall of Origin in-game), or must we run the lv. 100 event Arceus like on Shoddy (max 100 EVs in all stats)?

Since there is still no way for us to legally obtain the Azure Flute, no, the former is illegal, and yes, the latter is legal.
 
How can you breed Earthquake onto a Trapinch? I don't want to use/have already used my Earthquake TM, and I can't go through the work of leveling the Trapinch to Lv73 to get it.

Get a male pokemon with EQ that's in the same egg group as trapinch and breed them. I think you also need the female trapinch to have EQ to.

I know that, but I need to find a chain that allows me to breed Earthquake down to the Trapinch (which will be RNG'd :D)

Unfortunately, since the Flygon family is in the Bug group, there are no compatible parents that learn Earthquake naturally.

Who did you use your Earthquake TM on?
 
Can I breed a Blissey that knows Wish, Seismic Toss, and Aromatherapy?

I know Seismic Toss is only accessible through 3rd gen. I have an emerald. And I see that aromatherapy and wish are both 3rd gen moves.
