So, why Overheat on Rotom-H? I don't see what advantages Rotom-H has when it runs it, I mean Will o Wisp screws over every physical thing it needs to, and his other moves have enough power to keep basically all foes scared, taking moderate STAB attacks from Rotom-H are generally 2HKOs anyway.

Whereas Overheat will mean that basically any Special Sweeper such as Starmie or Gengar can come in after its use, and KO/2HKO without too much fear of getting OHKOd, 0 SpA Bold Rotom-H vs 0 / 0 Neutral Starmie after Overheat deals only (46.74% - 55.94%) with Thunderbolt.

My point is, a move such as Pain Split or Light Screen would be much much better. No?

90% accuracy and heavy damage vs 75% accuracy and a need for slow crippling. Also, no Overheat means Forretress can set up entry hazards because it's only 3HKOed by Thunderbolt.

If I have a Wondercard stored on my game that I've already collected, and I restart my game, can I collect the Wondercard Pokemon again?

All Wondercards are lost when you restart your game. As long as the Wondercard is still being distributed, you can download it again and get the Pokemon, but if it's not, you're out of luck, really.

Ok, I downloaded IRC for the Tutor Program. I didn't register as I have a 30 day thing. So, I typed in #stark on connect and only I was there. Is there anything I did wrong? As it costs money if you register. Help?

My cliet is mIRC

Oh that's too bad. Thanks for the quick response though.

If it was mIRC you download, then you can still use it just fine after 30 days--you just have to wait a few extra seconds. That message in the program is only there to encourage people to buy a license, but it isn't necessary at all.

Anyway, it sounds to me like you didn't connected to the server first. In the Status window, the first thing you want to do is type in:
/server irc.synirc.net

After that, a whole bunch of text should appear, which you can ignore--that's just there to verify that you connected to the server (if it doesn't, and the status window says "Not connected", then type in that line again). After that's done, a window called something like "mIRC Favorites" should pop up. Type #stark into the top text box, and click Join.

And you should be in.

Will o Wisp has done the trick more than enough times, and whenever I use Rotom-H, I have never used Overheat once, in over 30ish wifi battles with him. Would Forreteress be the only reason then to use it? I mean sure Overheat is going to finish things like Lucario/Scizor, but it then leaves you open to be KOd by things like Starmie or Gengar much more easily.

Just a question that I would love answered.

Rayuaza's Air Lock blocks weather affects.

Now does it also block the speed boosts that pokemon get. eg. Sunny Day + Chlorophyll on Exeggutor??

I know that it blocks defence boosts and move accuracy boosts.

(Just wondering because I was going to mess around with Rayquaza in Double's :D)

Multiple opinions on this would be nice: If I plan on using a Dragonite with this spread:

252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 (in something else)

with

DD
EQ
Outrage

Is it smarter to run Fire Blast or Fire Punch in the remaining slot?

You really didn't give us enough information here. What item are you running? What nature? What threat are you trying to hit with Fire?

Assuming Adamant Dragonite with Life Orb against standard Skarmory (which I assume is what you're worried about):

Fire Punch: 43 - 59%
Fire Punch after one DDance: 64 - 76%
Fire Blast: 81 - 95%

I would have to say Fire Blast trumps Fire Punch.

how do you get the unown ! and ? I have done the four secret entrences with ho-oh, waterstone and so on and caught all 26 letter. I have read that after you do this another room is meant to open up in the main entrance but I can find it. What do i need to do?

Ug. I apologize for being so vague. Adamant Nature with a Yache Berry was the plan. Thank you.

Forretress is OHKO'd by fire punch after a DD and Bronzong is hit harder by fire punch rahter than fire blast with that EV spread. Skarm really depends on the EV spread: specially defensive variants take a respectable 56.3% - 66.5% by a +1 Atk fire punch whereas fire blast only does 46.1% - 54.5%. Basically you won't OHKO Skarm anyway with that set, so I'd say fire punch>fire blast.

Noob question: I try to download Shoddy Battle on my Windows 7 computer, and i'm unable to load it, something about not having the program for that sort of application/file/whatever. I'm no computer genius, so can someone tell me if there's something i'm missing, or how to fix it in everyday language?

Shoddy Battle requires the Java platform from Sun Microsystems to run. Check if you have that in Control Panel -> Programs.
