Can you Counter/Metal Burst a Counter/Metal Burst or can you Mirror Coat/Metal Burst a Mirror Coat/Metal Burst if the damage hits your Pokémon, or will the move fail?

Both moves will fail. Counter effects only work whenever you take damage the same turn, that's why it has negative priority to nearly everything. Therefore, you can't bounce the damage endlessly between the two.

But, if it were possible, we could give Wobbuffet Tackle and an amusing end to their mirror-matches.

On the contrary, imagine a double battle. On each side there is a fast Pokémon and a slow Pokémon. On one side, we have Fast A and Slow A, on the other side we have Fast E and Slow E. Here's how the fight would go:
Fast A attacks Slow E. Slow E takes the hit.
Fast E attacks Fast A. Fast A faints.
Slow E used Counter/Mirror Coat/Metal Burst, but since Fast A is fainted, it now hits Slow A. Slow A takes the hit.
Slow A used Counter/Mirror Coat/Metal Burst, and it only took damage from the previous Counter/Mirror Coat/Metal Burst.
What happens?

Where exactly are all these videos that people post? I see people say a video number, but I have no idea what that translates to or where it is?

Could you quote one and post it here so we can see what you're actually talking about? Unless it has porn or something it, that wouldn't be a good idea

That's for the Platinum/HGSS Battle Recorder's--you go to a part of the GTS building and enter in that number there to watch those videos.

It's the battle videos people record with the Vs. Recorder. When you upload it via Wi-Fi, it's assigned a number so people can search for that video on Wi-Fi and watch it.

Swiped from under my nose.

Royale with Cheese:

In your scenario, however, Slow E's use of Counter would fail, since Fast A (the last non-user who hit Slow E with an attack) is no longer in battle. Look at my description for Counter:
If the last non-user who hit the user with a physical attack this round is one of user's opposing Pokémon, deals damage to the Pokémon at that non-user's position equal to 2 times the amount of HP lost by user due to that attack.

How does Metagross learn explosion in SS, I don't see it listed anywhere on Serebii under tutor moves or anything, but I can it can?

What is required for Smogon to have a B/W section on the forums. That is, when will we have a 5th gen section, similar to stark mountain, indigo plataeu, etc.? Does the game have to officially release in Japan? Or are we going to be restricted to topics labeled "B/W speculation thread #"?

Just bumping this since it never got answered from several days ago.

I'm certain that when it's released and they know everything they need to know, they'll make the new section for Black and White.

On smogon what forum can you open a thread asking for battles on games like Pokemon Battle Revolution or DS generation IV games. Or can you not do that and is it limited to tournaments?

Also, is there any way to get LEGAL shiny pokemon without using an AR or cheating?
