If in a doubles match, an opponent used Surf and I had out a Gastrodon and a Dugtrio for example, would it just be absorbed by Storm Drain, or would it be absorbed but still hit Dugtrio since it's a widespread move?

Like in generation IV, storm drain can only redirect single target water moves in doubles, so surf in this case will still hit dugtrio

Hey people, I have a question that Google doesn't want to answer, because the phrase "new game" gives me old news on it's release:

I have played Pokemon Black and connected to PGL and stuff, as you do, but now I want to start a new game.

I have heard that you need to press a button sequence to delete your old save before you can start a new one. I can only find shady "I think this is it" combinations, so I hoped someone knew what to do.

On top of that, I cannot find what I will lose when I do start a new game? My exact questions are:
- Do I lose my points in the Dream World?
- Does my Dream World get reset or something?
- Do I lose my C-Gear Skins and such?
- Can I still connect to PGL? (I assume I can, but you never know)

Can someone help me with at least some of these questions?

I don't know if the subject is taboo or anything because it's not supposed to happen, but if you really need a name change I would suggest contacting an admin you know/are aquaintances with/are friends with. I think it has to be an admin though, not a mod or super mod (I could be wrong though) but ultimately they don't have to do it for you so good luck

And you have to have a very good reason for doing so. Something like "Just felt like it" isn't going to cut it. I'm not sure what's a valid reason, but it has to be one

I don't see why not. With few exceptions like Thunder Wave and Leech Seed, status moves are not effected by type immunities. Also, I believe I had a Dusclops use curse on my Porygon2 in an UU battle on PO's Server yesterday, so I think it's at least possible on the simulator.

The results will be visible when the mods count the votes up after the point they determine for voting to end.

While I'm not positive, I believe the new rules will go live as soon as the ratings are reset.

The results of voting can be found in the Policy Review section of the forum in the blind voting sub-forum. You won't be able to see the results until voting is over though (the reason it is called 'blind' voting).

Especially if you use Hippo, Landorus would be useful for an EQ immunity. Excadrill is another obvious choice, and Air Balloon looks better than ever for him too. A Ghost like Golurk (Sand immunity), or Chandelure (Special attacker) can provide a Fighting immunity. Mienshao could Fake Out to help someone else set up, and Gastrodon, Jellicent, or Vaporeon make good Water immunities and Vaporeon comes with Wish support.

Take a look at the VGC and GBU boards for additional help, since those focus more on Double Battles. ;)

Unaware only revolves around the foe's stat changes. If your defence drops, it'll gonna hurt.

It's multiplied. So 80% -> 88%. Pretty much all modifiers are applied by multiplying.

1. You don't lose your points, but you cannot access the DW with your new save, hence unless you have a White version connected to the old account your points are essentially gone.

2. No not really, but see above, replace points with DW stuff

3. Not so sure since I don't have any C-G skins...

4. Yes, but you need a new account.

Knock Off, Trick, and Toxic Spikes are a few ideas that come to mind off the top of my head. The latter two especially seem helpful in my mind since they either make Chansey dead weight or greatly decrease how long it can stay in.
