Pokemon Online team builder has an simple and useful feature: just select the hidden power type you desire and the program will automatically give you all the possible IV spreads in the window at the bottom right.

Technically they still use their turn and you can issue commands to a Pokemon with Truant every other turn, but the attack execution is prevented by Truant.

In other words, they sleep for 2 turns minimum.

If I'm RNGing for a pure special sweeper, is there any point in trying to get its Attack IV as low as possible to avoid self-damage in confusion (induced by Machamp's DynamicPunch, Tornadus's Hurricane, etc.)?
 
If I breed a hacked illegitimate Ditto with a hacked illgeitimate Salamence (both have legal stats and moves, but were obtained illegeitmently) would the offspring be considered hacked?
