Despite this being the G-Max Rapid Strike style, apparently Surging Strikes is illegal in VGC 2020, can this be fixed

No, I can't test it in game. However, the in-game description of the move is:
The user attacks with electric voltage rising from the ground. This move's power doubles when the target is on Electric Terrain.

Basically Soaked Aegislash was able to leave block as if Soak didn't happen

On Turn 3, I use Soak against Aegislash. He lost his Ghost Type in the process.
On Turn 4, I use Block against it, so he can't leave.
On Turn 7, Aegislash switches normally, as if it still were a Ghost-Type.

If someone could fix it, It would be greatly appreciated since I have a team that uses Pyukumuku and this strategy should work against Ghost Types

BUG STATUS: NOT A BUG, as Hematite says, Forme changes will reset typing (DaWoblefet)

Oops, I responded to your SQSA post without realizing you had already posted here! I should've checked!
This is actually cartridge-accurate! Aegislash changed to Blade Forme there, which overrides Soak and corrects its type. You can even see on the interface in your replay that the form change was the exact moment when its type returned to normal! All form changes override Soak. C:

why does max surging strikes do so little damage? serebii says it is 130.

BUG STATUS: NEEDS MORE INFO, like a replay or something, but I'll bet this was fixed if it was actually bugged at some point (DaWoblefet)

Quoting this because I noticed every time I've used Shell Side Arm, it's been glitched.

Example: My Specs Galarian Slowbro did 33% to a Zeraora, because Zeraora has 5 less base defense than special defense. My understanding of the mechanic is that it's meant to use Slowbro's highest stat and hit the opponent's lowest stat.

Rapid Strike Urshifu and gmax rapid strike Urshifu currently have the move set of Single Strike Urshifu. Note in the picture that Rapid Strike's signature move Is listed as illegal, while it has single strike's signature move. Also it can learn dark moves but not water moves.

I have a bug with Urshifu (gen8 OU) where wether the game seemed confused as to wether my opponent's Urshifu was single-strike or rapid strike. And it displayed something about possible illusions, despite neither player having a Zoroark? It was really wierd.

This is how much this move should be doing.
I have no screenshot for my opponent's evs,albeit we confirmed they were those specific ones but the thing is,no ev spread could have caused this damage
i confirmed multiple times that the damage calculator is not lying

I also experienced this bug, this is what showdown showed, my opponent actually had the Water/Fighting Urshifu

There seem to be some issues with the move Meteor Beam's animation when the move charges. When my opponent first used it on turn 14 this happened:

I tested this out and have more clear cut evidence here, where rising voltage is doing 10% outside of terrain and only 12-13% in terrain, because of the 1.3x terrain boost. Ferrothorn is affected by electric terrain so it really should be doing 24-26% outside of terrain since rising voltage doubles. From what I can see, this is consistently happening every time I use rising voltage and only started today.
 
Urshifu displays as the wrong forme in battle when made shiny in teambuilder. So Rapid Strike Urshifu will display as Single Strike to the opponent (both in the icon and the sprite).

My raichu was modest specs, Mob Barley confirmed that his Magearna was just max HP. On the alolan marowak, this low damage is impossible unless some sort of glitch occurred.

Just to add to this, this is indeed a problem, tested it with someone in showdown: Pincurchin vs Chansey. Both are touching the ground obviously.

https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen8ou-1137000846 - With Electric Surge. Rising Voltage only did 17%, which is most likely from the regular Electric Terrain boost to Electric Moves.

EDIT: I tested this in game with a Terrain/Voltage/Switcheroo Manectric vs the Battle Cafe.

Base Damage against Slurpuff with no Terrain: ~55%
Base Damage against Slurpuff with Terrain: OHKO
Base Damage against Slurpiff with Terrain and Air Balloon on Manectric: OHKO
Base Damage against Slurpuff with Terrain and Air Balloon on Slurpuff: ~60%

In short, the correct interaction: If the opponent is not on the terrain, it will not get the double damage. The user being on the terrain or not does not matter.

Air Balloon on SLURPUFF with Terrain Up - 60% damage - https://imgur.com/EaW6ObR (You see the Air Balloon Pop. Hopefully that helps give credence to Manectric having one in other video :P) It doing slightly more damage is likely because Manetric was on the Electric Terrain and got the 30% boost.

The source code box for staffintros and roomintros overflow the box instead of wrap inside of it, which I assume isn't intended behavior. I was able to copy and paste all of the cut off code except for the part of the last line that was cut off, however.

BUG STATUS: FIXED, this is because a Discord URL used in the staffintro was very, very long, which I fixed. (DaWoblefet)

In teambuilder I was looking through move filters, (type), clicked on ghost, and nothing happened. I clicked on it a few more times and still nothing. I clicked off teambuilder and into another room then back, then, there were 4 ghost tags.

I sadly didn’t take a screenshot though.

Confirming that this is an issue: off of Surging Strikes, Showdown lists G-Max Rapid Flow is 90 Power, when it should be 130 Power:
