Pokémon: Irene Belserion
Franchise/Origin: Fairy Tail
Type: Dragon/Ground
Ability: Dragonize / Marvel Scale / Separation Enchantment
Dragonize -
Dragon-type Galvanize
Separation Enchantment - If opponent uses a set-up move, Irene will automatically steal the move, as if Snatch was used.
Notable moves: Physical: Dragon Claw, Dragon Rush, Dragon Tail, Breaking Swipe, Outrage, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Magnitude, Sacred Sword, Cross Poison, Fly, Acrobatics, Frustration, Explosion, Crush Claw, Stone Edge, Smack Down, Precipice Blades, Meteor Mash, Branch Poke
Special: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Breath, Twister, Earth Power, Eruption, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Vacuum Wave, Air Slash, Hyper Voice, Thunderbolt, Charge Beam, Signal Beam, Solar Beam, Psybeam
Status: Roar, Wish, Confuse Ray, Geomancy, Swords Dance, Agility, Nasty Plot, Barrier, Amnesia, Bulk Up, Calm Mind, Dragon Dance, Hone Claws, Cosmic Power, Mean Look, Scary Face, Miracle Eye, Grassy Terrain, Misty Terrain, Psychic Terrain, Electric Terrain, Gravity, Trick Room, Wonder Room, Magic Room, Sunny Day, Sandstorm, Rain Dance, Hail, Haze, Transform, Heart Swap, Memento
Signature move: Universe One - Ground-type Court Change clone, clears terrains/rooms.
Signature items:
Juliet Sun - Inflicts -1 Speed upon using a contact move on opponent.
Heine Lunasea - Inflicts Bind status upon using a contact move on opponent.

Signature G-Max Move: G-Max Master Enchant - Dragon-type | Variable BP | +1 SpA
Stats: 110/100/110/110/90/80 (600)

Additionally, Irene can turn her items into Pokemon out-of-battle (not really a form change or breeding... think Manaphy and Phione, I guess).
Pokémon: Juliet Sun
Type: Poison
Ability: Gooey / Corrosion
Notable moves: Physical: Sacred Sword, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Mega Kick, Cross Poison, Slash, Cut, Gunk Shot
Special: Earth Power, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb
Status: Toxic, Morning Sun, Swords Dance
Stats: 105/100/65/60/70/90 (490)

Pokémon: Heine Lunasea
Type: Electric
Ability: Static / Galvanize
Notable moves: Physical: Sacred Sword, Night Slash, Wild Charge, Bind, Wrap, Slash, Cut, Shadow Sneak
Special: Water Shuriken, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Charge Beam
Status: Thunder Wave, Moonlight, Swords Dance
Stats: 90/100/60/70/65/105 (490)

Reasoning: Type: While Irene was a human long ago, she enchanted dragon slayer magic into herself, which made her turn into a dragon. Dragons in Fairy Tail always have some element attached to them. While the type of dragon she became is never specified, she specializes in magic that affects the surroundings, especially the ground.
Abilities: I gave her Dragonize because she originally wasn't a dragon, but turned into one. Marvel Scale because she has scales and is pretty durable. Also -ate Abilities are called "Type Skin" and she has "Dragon Skin" so the reasoning also applies to Dragonize. Separation Enchantment comes from her ability to steal other's enchantments and magic.
Moves: She has a pretty large coverage, but that's because she's a versatile hundred-years old mage dragon. I gave her many set-up moves because she's an enchantment master, using spells to buff herself.
Universe One - In the manga, it allows Irene to completely remodel geography, and the location or existence of things in the ground, so a Court Change clone fit best here imo.
Precipice Blades - "The user attacks opposing Pokémon by manifesting the power of the land in fearsome blades of stone." She does this at one point by taking control of the land's power with enchantments.
Geomancy - Geomancy is called Geocontrol in Japanese and she can control the earth and geography. Geomancy itself is a kind of magic and she's a mage. Geomancy is a set-up move so fits her self-enchantment kit.
Heart Swap, Juliet Sun, Heine Lunasea - All parts of her Personality Enchantment magic. She can swap bodies with others by swapping their personalities and minds, but she can also give personalities to inanimate objects like her white and black swords Juliet Sun and Heine Lunasea, which had the power of mucus and electricity respectively.
G-Max: Her true form.

Pokémon: Cool Cat
Typing: Ice
Ability: Punk Rock / Friend Guard
Moves: Superpower, Karate Chop, Uproar, Surf, Overdrive, Cosmic Power, Assist, Recycle, Helping Hand, Attract, Celebrate
Signature Move: Boogie Woogie - Ice-type Overdrive.
Stats: 95/55/55/75/35/115 (430)

Reasoning: Type: Cool Cat is the coolest cat in town. Also, apparently fat people are evil and Thick Fat resists Ice.
Ability: Cool Cat loves to rock'n'roll and he is "the kids superhero"
Signature Move: Cool Cat loves to boogie woogie.
Stats: Cool Cat was shown to be particularly weak to psychological damage AKA online bullying. He also ran across the street to stop a bully once.

Pokemon: Indiana Jones
Franchise:
Indiana Jones
Type:

Ability: Defiant, Long Reach, Emergency Exit
Notable Moves: Bullwhip, Vine Whip, Power Whip, Stealth Rocks, Spikes, Taunt, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Rock Tomb, Rock Climb, Acrobatics Play Rough, Fire Lash, Parting Shot
Bullwhip: 90 BP | 100% Accuracy |
|
| 10(16) PP | disables opponent from using a move that causes a switch such as U-Turn

Stats: 81 / 118 / 93 / 53 / 82 / 107 (534 BST)

Reasoning: Indiana Jones has a nice hat. And a nice whip. Sometimes he's really good at running away from things. He also has shown to be a capable fighter in hand-to-hand combat and perform various acrobatic feats throughout his adventures. While Indiana Jones is not raiding lost arks or dooming temples, he is a world renowned archeologist. This gives him his typing and access to a variety of rock- and ground-type moves including artefacts and debris entry hazards. Just like in that other movie where George Lucas type casted Harrison Ford to be a rogue-ish, devilishly handsome renegade, Indiana Jones has his fair share of comeback, one liners and cheap shots. But most importantly he didn't leave his hat behind.
Removed trapping effect on signature move.

Isle of Armor

Congratulations to G-Luke, the guy who counted votes on Wednesday for no reason, and G-Luke again for winning with Shoto Todoroki, Wade L. D., and Tomato Shigaraki! Both of us gained the title JLA/Avengers.

Since Isle of Armor is about to be a thing, here's a slate for that! Characters who come from (or are) islands or are known for wearing armor will get the slate bonus. Show your character gets the bonus like so: **Iron Man**

The slate ends on June 22nd. Have fun!

Pokémon: Jellal Fernandes
Typing: Psychic/Fire
Ability: Serene Grace | Telepathy
Moves:
Physical: Zen Headbutt, Meteor Mash, Meteor Assault, Pursuit, Pyro Ball, Self-Destruct, Pursuit, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Close Combat, Shadow Punch, Shadow Sneak
Special: Swift, Night Shade, Night Daze, Dark Pulse, Draco Meteor, Fire Blast, Psychic, Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Moonblast, Hydro Pump
Status: Agility, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Cosmic Power, Moonlight, Morning Sun, Sunny Day, Telekinesis, Gravity
Signature Moves:
Sema (130 BP | Psychic | Physical | 5 PP | 90 Accuracy | Lowers user's Attack by 2)
Stats: 70/110/70/110/70/100 (530)

Reasoning: Psychic because he's a mage who uses cosmic powers, Fire because of his meteor powers which release yellow flames, plus stars and the Sun are pretty hot too. Telepathy because he can do that with magic. Movepool is based on magic he displayed and moves related to cosmic powers.
Serene Grace = Heavenly Blessing in Japanese. Jellal's magic is Heavenly Body Magic. (Japanese original names for those are Ten no Megumi and Tentai Mahou, same Japanese word too)
Pokémon: **Eren Yeager**
Typing: Fighting/Psychic
Ability: Titan Shift/Regenerator/Solid Rock
Signature Ability: Titan Shift - Sets a Substitute on switch-in, the user loses 25% of HP from it. Only activates if the user has more than 25% of its HP after hazards.
Moves:

Stats: 120/110/110/50/90/90 (570)

Form: Eren Yeager-War Hammer
Typing: Fighting/Rock
Everything else is the same

Reasoning: Eren does things.

Pokémon: Hector Barbossa
Franchise/Origin: Pirates of the Caribbean
Type: Dark/Fighting
Ability: Defiant / Analytic / Treasure Mastery (Ignores harmful effects of items. Same as Wario from CCV2)
Notable moves:
Physical: Thief, Sucker Punch, Night Slash, Knock Off, Fling, Beat Up, Pursuit, Slash, Thrash, Frustration, Double-Edge, Guillotine, Low Kick, Sacred Sword, Brick Break, Close Combat, Shadow Bone, Shadow Claw, Poison Jab, Cross Poison, Dive, Razor Shell, Aqua Jet, Aerial Ace, Gunshot, Bone Rush, Bone Club, Anchor Shot, Wood Hammer, Power Whip, Wrap, Bind
Special: Surf, Whirlpool, Air Slash, Hurricane, Grass Knot, Thunder, Thunderbolt
Status: Trick, Switcheroo, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Curse, Taunt, Torment, Snatch, Memento, Moonlight, Rain Dance, Defog

Changes form in Isla de Muerta, similar to Rotom changing forms in Rotom's Room.
Form: Hector Barbossa-Cursed
Type: Dark/Ghost
Ability: Defiant / Cursed Body / Magic Guard

G-Max Move: G-Max Black Pearl Crash (Variable BP | Dark | Physical | Sets Tailwind for 5 turns)
Signature Move: Gunshot (Steel | Physical | 80 BP | 15 PP | Identical to Snipe Shot excluding typing and category. It's also blocked by Bulletproof.)
Signature Item: Sword of Triton: If held by Hector Barbossa, his Water- and Flying-type moves have 1.5x power and he will take half damage from Anchor Shot or attacks from the undead (currently only Ghost-types, Parasect and Sayaka Miki).
Stats: 140/110/75/70/75/80 (550)

Reasoning:
  • Type: Dark because he's a treacherous pirate. According to the screenwriters, his character was conceptualized to be a "dark trickster" and counterpart to Jack Sparrow. Also (Bobsican will absolutely love this) his type in Kingdom Hearts card game is "Dark/Villains." Fighting because he's a very skilled swordsman. "When he pulled his sword out, even big guys cower away." In Cursed form, Ghost because he becomes immortal with the Aztec curse, but in reality he is unable to feel anything like an undead, and when under moonlight, his appearance changes to that of a zombie/skeleton.
  • Abilities: At first, Barbossa had the opposite of Treasure Mastery, as he didn't believe in the Aztec gold curse and suffered because of it. However, as the series went on, Barbossa became an expert on many treasures, mythical weapons and other items. Partly because he didn't want to suffer the same fate as with the gold, and partly because those items could be used by him to achieve his goals. As for the other abilities, Defiant because, well, he is defiant and insolent. Analytic because of his cunning genius and skill in battle, second only to Jack Sparrow, probably. Cursed Body is quite obvious. Magic Guard because of his immortality and inability to feel pain, cold, burns, hunger, etc. or be affected by poison. This is due to the curse which is kinda magical.
  • Moves: Most of them are obvious stuff that a trickster and swordsman would have. Some weirder choices are bone moves, this is due to both his cursed skeleton form and the ability to control dead matter with the Sword of Triton. He also has Poison moves from the time he poisoned his sword to battle someone. The last 5 moves listed under Physical, his entire Special movepool and Rain Dance+Defog come from the Sword of Triton again, which is able to control the ship's anchor, ropes and wood to perform attacks, and also control the sea's water and wind (Blackbeard, another user of the Sword of Triton, shrinked then bottled an entire ship and a storm).
  • Cursed Form: Comes from the first movie. See Type section.
  • Gigantamax Form: One of the Sword of Triton's many abilities is shrinking things and returning them to normal size. Barbossa's Gigantamax is his own ship, the Black Pearl, which he kept in a bottle for some time. The Gigantamax move effect comes from the Sword of Triton's ability to create wind for ships to sail.
  • Item: See Moves section. One thing of note is Blackbeard, another user of the Sword of Triton, killed his own crew and controlled them with the Sword of Triton as zombies, so controlling "dead matter" extends to dead people too, not just dead trees in the form of wood.
  • Stats: HP is high because of his incredible ability to survive, even somehow escaping a takeover of his ship in the middle of the ocean, after cutting his own leg off. Low SpA because all his Special moves come from his signature item, and the sword already increases the damage of most of those.

Pokémon
: **Simon**
Typing: Fire / Fighting
Ability
: Reckless / Steelworker / Contrary
Moves:
Fire: Flare Blitz, Fire Punch, Flame Charge, Heat Crash, V-Create, Fusion Flare, Overheat
Fighting: Close Combat, Mach Punch, Final Gambit, No Retreat, Power-Up Punch, Drain Punch, Focus Punch, High Jump Kick
Electric: Fusion Bolt, Overdrive, Thunder Punch, Volt Tackle, Wild Charge
Steel: Shift Gear, Meteor Mash, Double Iron Bash
Other: Head Smash, Head Charge, Drill Run, Drill Peck
Signature Move: "Pierce the Heavens", Steel type. 120 BP, 100 accuracy. Lowers Def and SpD -1 stage. Has 1/4 recoil.
G-Max Form: "Tengen Toppa, Gurren Lagann!" It's a giant, galaxy-level mecha. Gigantamax before it was cool
G-Max Move: "Giga Drill Break!" 150 BP, 100 accuracy. Steel type. Boosts Atk and SpA +1 stage. Requires "Pierce the Heavens"
Stats: 85/135/70/50/70/100

Reasoning: Simon's entire character is filled with grit, determination, recklessness, and unyielding spirit. He's all about defying odds and becoming stronger the more aggressive he gets. The moves he learn reflect this, as most of them yield high risk for high reward. Reckless furthers this high-risk high-reward playstyle, while Contrary is a nod to Simon defying expectations constantly and being rewarded for repeatedly bulldozing through his problems. There are often situations where getting hurt or being put in a pinch makes him stronger, which Contrary conveys nicely. Steelworker gives base Simon the equivalent of STAB bonus on his Steel attacks, which makes sense because he mostly fights in his mecha.

Fire / Fighting are two very powerful types that are filled with risky yet strong moves, so they seemed fitting for Simon. When he G-Maxes, Simon enters his Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann form which gives him access to a signature move. Giga Drill Break is a giant drill attack that boosts his spirit alongside everyone else's, so he gains offensive stats for using it.

Never turn back, and keep holding forward. After all, your enemy is in front of you so why retreat? That's the premise behind Simon's playstyle, that's Gurren Lagann! Who the hell do you think we are??

I'll just resub this:

Pokémon: **Jeanne D'Arc** (You do see the armor she's wearing, right?)
Franchise/Origin: Fate/Apocrypha
Type: Steel
Ability: Frisk/Sturdy/Maiden of Orleans (HA)
Signature Ability: Maiden of Orleans- While the user is active, all active allies take half damage from Ghost- and Dark-type moves, and gain +1 stage in Defense and Special Defense when hit with a move of either of these types. The user's Fire-type moves deal 1.5 times damage.
Notable moves: La Pucelle, Protect, Helping Hand, Slash, Sacred Sword, Smart Strike, Slash,
Signature move: La Pucelle- Fire-type, 5 PP, 100 Accuracy, 300 BP, Special. Fails if used by anybody other than Jeanne D'Arc. Jeanne D'Arc faints after use. Damage is calculated from Jeanne D'Arc's attack. Firium Z turns it into a 200 BP Inferno Overdrive.
Signature Z-Move: Luminosité Eternelle- Fairy-type, Status. Upgrades from Jeanne D'Arc's Protect with JeanneDArcium Z. The user protects all active allies for the turn. Can block Z-Moves and Max Moves. Also heals all active allies for 33% of their max HP and cures all their status ailments.
Stats: 120 HP/90 Atk/100 Def/40 SpA/160 SpD/100 Spe (BST: 610)

Reasoning: Bet you didn't expect to see a Fate character here, did you? Here is Jeanne D'Arc, one of the main protagonists of Fate/Apocrypha. Fate/Apocrypha first originated as a Light Novel, so that's why Jeanne has been put here and not in the main Crossover Chaos section- she's a Light Novel character first. In Fate/Apocrypha's Holy Grail War, Jeanne is summoned under a special class, that being the Ruler Class, who serves as an impartial overseer to the Holy Grail War. As a Servant, Jeanne naturally has exceedingly high characteristics, though her skill with magic is low, hence her generally high stats save for her rather poor Special Attack. Her most notable aspect however is her Magic Resistance EX, which renders her borderline immune to magical assaults, hence her astronomically high Base 160 Special Defense. Her abilities, save for Sturdy, are based on factors about Jeanne in the series: Frisk is based on the True Name Discernment skill, which allows Jeanne to see the true name of any Servant and thus also determine their Noble Phantasms. Maiden of Orleans is named after one of her titles, and fits two purposes. One is to show her purpose as a holy maiden (and thus, a vanguard against all things dark and evil), which grants herself and all allies (The latter of which, as well as Helping Hand, is based on her Charisma Skill) resistance against the evil forces of Dark- and Ghost-type moves. The second purpose is to synergize with her signature move. More on that later.

Jeanne's not much of a fighter, summoned to be an impartial overseer, so her movepool is very limited, mostly limited to basic stabbing and slashing attacks, as well as Protect and Helping Hand, and her signature move, La Pucelle, which is based on one of her two Noble Phantasms. Her typing is a basic Steel-typing because nothing else would really fit. There's not really any dedicated 'holy' typing.

Speaking of La Pucelle, this is the move that is meant to synergize with Maiden of Orleans. This Noble Phantasm of Jeanne symbolises one of the most important moments of her life: her death, being burned at the stake. Using that sword she carries around with her but never swings (she actually uses the flag she carries around with her, more on that later) as a medium, she summons forth the very flames which ended her life and uses them to annihilate whatever's in front of her. However, as this Noble Phantasm symbolises Jeanne's death, it also comes with a cost: after using La Pucelle, Jeanne will die. Inferno Overdrive will NOT carry over La Pucelle's effect of scaling from Jeanne's attack, so don't think you can use it for two Fire-type nukes.

Jeanne's other Noble Phantasm manifests as a Z-Move, that being Luminosité Eternelle, the battle standard she carries around with her. It's the weapon she uses for most of her attacks (To quote Jeanne herself: “There’s a spear-point at the tip, so it’s a divine sign that this flag should be used to strike the enemy”), but it also has another effect. Through an angelic blessing, Jeanne, by planting the flag into the ground, can activate it as a Noble Phantasm to create a protective field that shields all allies from harm. This is where the 'protects all allies' effect comes from. The other two effects are ported from Jeanne's appearance in the mobile gacha game Fate/Grand Order. After being upgraded, Luminosité Eternelle also removes all debuffs from allies (the status curing effect) and it also heals all teammates when the NP Gauge is overcharged (hence the healing effect). It blocks everything, just like how it can even completely nullify damage from Noble Phantasms in Fate/Grand Order.

Pokémon: HOBaRT
Franchise/Origin: the funny music channel that likes flinstones
Type: Steel/Electric
Ability: Harvest/Technician
Notable moves: Grav Apple, Milk Drink, Softboiled, Apple Acid, Hyper Voice, Boomburst, Overdrive, Rage, Overheat, Natural Gift, Decorate, Endure, Egg Bomb, Will-O-Wisp, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Meteor Mash , Explosion, Pay Day, Rock Slide, Avalanche, Amnesia, Sing, Grasswhistle, Gravity, Sunny Day, Shore Up, Surf, MF DOOM Desire, Psychic, Psyshock, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Scald, any other food and sound move I have missed.
Signature move: Wrrr| Steel Type|Base Power:60| Accuracy 100|Has a 50% chance to give the user a random berry if the user currently doesn't have a hold item.
Signature Z-Move / G-Max Move: Hobart Drive|requires Wrrr|Base Power 140| Restores berries to itself and allies.
Stats: 80/120/120/120/50/32 [BST 522]

Reasoning: Australia is and island so I guess this counts. Anyway the Hyper Operative Baking and Ripping Technology is a marvelous piece of technology that can produce any and all kinds of food and sounds. Straight from Australia this mixer will surely mix the competition into some high quality mush. Unfortunately if you know anything about HOBaRT you'll know that he unfairly got last place. Pour one out for my lad down under. . HOBaRT's moveset is confusing after a certain point because why the fuck should this thing get Avalanche, Rock Slide, Pay Day, and MF DOOM Desire? Well half of his moves come from what it can do, and half of them come from the rips this poor boy got. Blizzard and Ice beam come from Polar Plunge, MF DOOM Desire comes from I'm Here To See, Rock Slide and Pay Day come from Frank Walker's National Tiles, Rage and Overheat come from Symphony of the Chefs(it's made from Master Chef samples so uhh why not.), VB Longneck (PSY Mix) (Psychic and Psyshock), and then there's Since I'm Australian. Since I'm Australian samples two songs from the Avalanches(take a guess), In The Summer Time(Sunny Day, Shore Up, Surf), Down Under(Gravity), Shooting Stars(Meteor Mash), TNT(again take a guess), Stayin Alive(Endure), Thunderstruck(Thunderbolt, Thunder), Beds are Burning(Will-o-Wisp), Somebody I Used To Know (Amnesia), and honestly it was the song that inspired me to submit him. As for why this thing is slow and can't take special attacks, it's a stand mixer and it got broken by MissingNo's rips and given that MissingNo had some pretty weak rips to start out with I am going to assume HOBaRT cannot take special attacks for shit.

Pokémon: Giyu Tomioka

Stats: 80 / 130 / 75 / 67 / 80 / 103 | BST: 535
Abilities: Hyper Cutter / Own Tempo | HA: Intrepid Sword
Movepool: Swords Dance, Slash, Psycho Cut, Waterfall, Liquidation, Whirlpool, Muddy Water, Surf, Close Combat, Aqua Jet, Smart Strike, Razor Wind, Air Slash, Sacred Sword, Aerial Ace, Endure, False Swipe, X-Scissor, Quick Attack
Signature Moves: Constant Flux |
| Physical | 75 BP | The move's base power increases by 5 after every consecutive hit. Base Power caps after 10 turns.
Dead Calm |
| Status | - | Protects user from all damage dealing moves. if opponent makes contact while move is active, Giku's speed is raised by 1 stage.
Flavour/Design: Giyu Tomioka is the Water Hashira and is a master swordsman in Demon Slayer. He is a calm and collected warrior and is known as a man of few words. His personality seems to be that of being reserved. Its typing reflects him being a swordsman who specializes in the water breathing technique, his abilities reference his personality and him having a big ol sword, with Intrepid Sword in particular being a nod to him having a red nichirin sword. His movepool not only reference general swordsmanship, but also the several breathing techniques he has mastered. Constant Flux is the the most powerful water breathing style, and Dead Calm is a water breathing style that he himself invented.
Competitive Analysis: Giyu is a very powerful wallbreaker, with Intrepid Sword giving him an immediate boost to break past tough to crack walls, and even makes Choice Scarf sets very viable. SD + Constant Flux has a decent chance of being able to break past even the toughest of walls once he gets going.

Flavour/Design: Grover is a Satyr from the Percy Jackson series, and is one of the protagonists. Grover is usually cheerful and upbeat, yet he chews on furniture when he is nervous. He cries when he is upset, which makes him an easy target for bullies. He being a satyr makes sense with being Grass and Ground due to him being a woodlawn creature with woodlawn magic. Him being skilled with music references Soundproof and his various sound moves, while also references the Panic Cry that was blessed upon him by the God of the Wild Pan (also jumps on Boomburst).
Competitive Analysis: Grover is a decent utility mon, with also having a powerful STAB option if it goes for Call of The Wild Boomburst.

Pokémon: Dr. Doom
Franchise: Marvel Comics
Type:

Stats: 110 / 75 / 75 / 130 / 80 / 90 | BST: 570
Abilities: Competitive / Intimidate | HA: Telepathy
Movepool: Psychic, Psyshock, Metal Sound, Doom Desire, Flash Cannon, Nasty Plot, Steel Beam, Teleport, Focus Blast, Dark Pulse, Hypnosis, Magnet Rise, Shadow Ball, Stored Power, Calm Mind, Thunderbolt, Zen Headbutt, Iron Head, Knock Off, Cosmic Power
Flavour/Design: Dr Doom is a powerful dictator from Marvel Comics who is the arch-nemesis of the Fantastic Four. He is an incredibly intelligent scientist, and a powerful and skilled sorcerer, and is noted to commonly combine both science and magic in his evil schemes. He is incredibly vain and always thinks of himself as the smartest man in the room. His is famous for wearing a suit of armor which is powered by both science and magic, and the reason he wears a mask is due to a insecurity about a small scar on his face left by Reed Richards when they were still college.
Competitive Analysis: Dr Doom is very powerful and a nasty wallbreaker, as its Doom Desire + set up allows it to break past stuff with ease. Its typing is a mixed bag, as Ghost and Dark weaknesses suck, but it still has good defensive utility with its numerous resistances.

Pokémon: Red Riot
Franchise: My Hero Academia
Type:

Stats: 109 / 95 / 135 / 30 / 100 / 81 | BST: 550

Flavour/Design: Kirishima, better known as Red Riot, is a promising student hero in Class-1A, who specializes in defensive combat. His abilities refer to his quirk Hardening and his pendant for being all about having guts and chivalry. His signature move is named after his own signature attack.
Competitive Analysis: Red Riot has very solid bulk, and when paired up with Guts, allows it to be a very scary offensive Pokemon. He can also set hazards, giving him a wide variety of niches.

Competitive Analysis: Mega Red Riot is a great wallbreaker Rock Head Head Smash.

Unlimited Fafnir takes place on an island called Midgard, so...enter these obscure lasses again.
(I hate to be pesky, but I am stubborn in a way.)

Overarching Reasoning: The story of Unlimited Fafnir heavily involves dark matter, the essence of dragons. Users thereof—classified as "Type: Dragon" or "D"—can transmute it into anything in the expanse of their imagination, knowledge, and capacity. For that reason, every character below is part Dragon and has a wide movepool. (The first volume of the light novel was published mid-2013, hence Gen V.)

Pokémon: **Firill Crest**
Type: Dragon/Flying
Ability: Queenly Majesty
Moves: Aeroblast, Flame Burst, Arceus' Gen V movepool sans Judgment
Z-Move: Aeroblast Quartet - Flying, Special, 50 BP | Hits 4 times. High critical hit ratio. | Base: Aeroblast | Z-Crystal: Darkmaterium Z
Stats: 90/70/80/125/100/90 | 555 BST
Reasoning: The bookworm of the Brynhildr class. Her signature technique is Aeroblast Quartet, and there's a Pokémon move called Aeroblast; how convenient. She is royalty, as revealed in volume 4 of the light novel, so she gets Queenly Majesty.

Pokémon: **Mitsuki Mononobe**
Type: Dragon/Ghost
Ability: Long Reach
Moves: Spirit Shackle, Arrow Shot (Orion, G8CC), Arceus' Gen V movepool sans Judgment
Z-Move: Last Quark - Ghost, Physical, 210 BP | Base: Spirit Shackle | Z-Crystal: Darkmaterium Z
Stats: 80/125/70/100/80/100 | 555 BST
Reasoning: The foster sister of the protagonist, and a known user of antimatter, best described as Ghost if anything. Her fictional armament—which facilitates her control over dark matter—is a bow, hence her similarity to Decidueye in Long Reach and Spirit Shackle (and, obviously, hence Arrow Shot).

Pokémon: **Ariella Lu**
Type: Dragon/Normal
Ability: Magic Guard / Friend Guard / Concealed Intent*
*Stance Change variant: Ariella changes form upon using an attacking move and until fainting.
Moves: Night Slash, Pursuit, Sucker Punch, Arceus' Gen V movepool sans Judgment
Stats: 90/80/125/70/100/90 | 555 BST

Form: Ariella Lu-Murderous
Type: Dragon/Dark
Ability: Concealed Intent
Stats: 90/125/80/100/70/90 | 555 BST

Reasoning: The defensive backbone of the Brynhildr class, with a dark secret that comes to light in volumes 9 and 10 of the light novel: She chose a gauntlet as her fictional armament and to focus on support in order to avoid inadvertent bloodshed. Base form is Normal-type because Protect is.

And hey, for the first time since the original thread, I'll throw in my favorite character from the series.

Pokémon: **Kili Surtr Muspelheim**
Type: Dragon/Fire
Ability: Illusion / Regenerator / Heat Shield*
*User takes 0.8* damage from non-contact attacks.
Moves: Lava Plume, Mystical Fire, Burning Jealousy, Flame Burst, Ember, Fire Spin, Hex, Foul Play, Scald, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Torment, Arceus' Gen V movepool sans Judgment
Z-Move: Calamitous Muspelheim - Dragon, Special, 195 BP | The user scatters a slew of infinitesimal explosive particles. | Works like Beak Blast, except contact moves are negated during the charge time. | Move: Dragon Pulse | Z-Crystal: Darkmaterium Z
Stats: 100/80/80/100/140/80 | 580 BST
Reasoning: Not part of the Brynhildr class until Volume 11. A rebellious woman made of dark matter and with two main specialties: heat manipulation and biogenic transmutation. The former justifies her Fire typing, Heat Shield, Z-Move, and arsenal of burn options; the latter gives her the ability to alter her appearance and heal her own wounds, hence Illusion and Regenerator. Unlike her "peers," she prefers wreaking havoc on people over contributing to fights against dragons—resulting in Hex, Foul Play, Nasty Plot, Taunt, and Torment.

Unless we can face that which pains us... we can never truly sparkle! ☆

Pokémon: Yuga Aoyama
Type: Fairy
Ability: Dazzling
H. Ability: Pétillant - Opponents can only target Yuga when he’s on the field.
Moves: Moonblast, Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam, Flash Cannon, Aurora Beam, Bubble Beam, Charge Beam, Hyper Beam, Ice Beam, Psybeam, Signal Beam, Simple Beam, Solar Beam, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Shadow Ball, U-Turn, Dark Pulse, Heal Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Water Pulse, Protect
Signature Move: Navel Laser | Fairy | Special | 90 Base Power | 15PP | 100% accuracy | 10% chance of burning opponent. | 20% chance of lowering accuracy
Stats: 75/65/95/125/100/80
Reasoning: Fairy because he’s dazzling and shiny like fairies, also he’s french and the fairy type came from the pokemon version of france. Dazzling for the same reason. Pétillant, french for sparkling, again alludes to his bright nature and also references the time he drew the attacks of multiple students from various schools to attack him in the provisional hero licence arc. Most of the moveset is ranged beam and blast attacks. Navel Laser comes from his quirk. Fairly bulky special attacker stats reflect his canon fighting style.

When I heard that they were after my buddy... I couldn't do anything!! I didn't do anything!! If I don't act now... forget being a hero, I'm not even a man!
Hero Costume

Pokemon: Eijiro Kirishima
Type: Fighting/Rock
Ability: Sturdy/Rock Head
H. Ability: No Guard
Moves: Earthquake, Stone Edge, Close Combat, Earth Power, Crush Grip, Storm Throw, Circle Throw, Agility, Ice Hammer, Hammer Arm, Wood Hammer, Drain Punch, Mega Punch, Dynamic Punch, Sucker Punch, Mega Kick, Heavy Slam, Bullet Punch, Protect, Bulk Up, Wide Guard, Head Smash, High Jump Kick
Sig Move: Red Gauntlet | Rock | Physical | 90 Base Power | 30PP | 100% accuracy | Breaks Reflect and Light Screen.
Stats: 85/90/159/30/123/88

Reasoning: Fighting/Rock because he’s super hard and a top physical fighter. Sturdy and Rock Head are from his hardening quirk. His hidden ability No Guard comes from his fighting style. He doesn’t dodge attacks, he barrels through them. Movepool is comprised mostly of STAB and physical attacks. Red Gauntlet is his signature move.

Mega Type: Rock/Fighting
Mega Ability: No Guard
Mega Stats: 85/120/180/30/150/110
Reasoning: Red Riot Unbreakable is his ultimate move. Eijiro reaches his maximum hardening level by turning his entire body extremely hard and rugged, leaving him with a monstrous appearance and practically invulnerable to most forms of attack. His type, and ability are the same as Kirishima's fighting style doesn't change much.

Storm @ Choice Specs
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Surf
- Thunder
- Hurricane

Reasoning: Storm was born in Manhattan. She is a mutant with powerful control over the weather. She can summon rain, lightning, wind, and ice, and control it. Lightning is one of her commonly used attacks, and she can fly. She can attack the brain directly with lightning.

Pokémon: **Darkness**
Origin: KonoSuba
Type: Steel
Ability: Hustle / Anticipation / Sturdy
Stats: 100/70/150/50/100/80 (550)
Notable Moves: Sacred Sword, Wish, Iron Defense, Dynamic Punch, Slash, Follow Me
Reasoning: Darkness (real name Dustiness Ford Lalatina) is an incredibly strong Crusader of noble birth who is always willing to use her incredible defenses to take hits for her frailer allies... because she's a huge masochist who's only there to get beaten up (minor detail). Steel because there wasn't really a better type for her (Dark doesn't fit despite her name, and calling her a 'fighter' is generous at best). Her stat spread comes form her showings as insanely durable but not really any good at attacking. Hustle because of her atrocious accuracy, Anticipation because shuddering in anticipation of a strong attack is exactly the sort of thing she would do, Sturdy for the durability again. She fights with a sword (that she struggles to hit anything with), hence Sacred Sword and Slash. Wish because Eris is suggested to have directly answered her prayers at least twice. Follow Me because she's confirmed to have a skill for redirecting attacks towards her. Dynamic Punch because I'm pretty sure she's punched things before and also the accuracy thing again.

"Dementors are among the foulest creatures that walk this earth."
**Dementor**
Franchise:
Harry Potter
Type:

Ability: Shadow Tag, Cursed Body
Notable Moves: Dementor's Kiss, Shadow Ball, Poltergeist, Dark Pulse, Nasty Plot, Ice Beam, Hail, Blizzard, Shadow Punch, Mean Look, Dark Void, Draining Kiss, Nightmare, Shadow Force, Phantom Force, Memento, Torment, Topsy Turvy, universal moves
Dementor's Kiss: 120 BP | 100% Accuracy |
|
| 5(8) PP | 10% to lower all stats of target by one stage | Inflicts Heal Block on target | Ineffective against Substitutes

Stats: 102 / 86 / 83 / 137 / 67 / 118 (593 BST)

Reasoning: Arguably one of the most powerful beings in Harry Potter as not only are they seemingly impervious to any attacks except for the Patronus charm (well I guess they're not alive in the first place. They are mainly seen guarding the wizarding world's most infamous locations, the island prison called Azkaban. Their ghostly form silently glides searching for souls to drain by 'kissing' its victims, which ultimately leaves the target barely alive but in a constant state of comatose reliving the worst and most unhappy moments of your life. There is no known treatment for this. Another key feature of the Dementor is it's ability to drop the temperature drastically causing frost to appear even in warm weather.

Pokémon: **Rodan**
Type:

Abilities: Magma Armor/ Reckless / Drought
Moves: Brave Bird, Dual Wingbeat, Acrobatics, Aerial Ace, Peck, Fly, Pluck, Hurricane, Air Slash, Tailwind, Defog, Roost, Flare Blitz, Heat Crash, Flame Charge, Eruption, Magma Storm, Heat Wave, Lava Plume, Dragon Claw, Extreme Speed, Whirlwind, Quick Claw, Sucker Punch, Brutal Swing, Pursuit, Hone Claws, U-turn, Earthquake, Earth Power, Scorching Sands.
Stats: 60/130/100/100/60/150 | 600 BST
Reasoning: Born in the volcano of Isla Mara, Monsterverse's Rodan is often described as the god of Fire and of the skies is the Monsterverse, ence the Flying/Fire type. Magma Armor due to his hide made out of volcanic sediments, Reckless due to his high levels of aggressiveness and lack of self control in battle. Drought due to his ability to cause volcanos to explode just by flying over them. Most of his movepool represents his influence over the skies and volcanos or his fight style.
