Pet Mod Crossover Chaos Expanded - Part II

The most famous of them all
Pokemon: Mona Lisa
Franchise:
Renaissance Art
Type:

Ability: Masterpiece
Masterpiece: On switch in, Mona Lisa copies the highest base stat (excluding HP) of the opposing Pokemon and applies it to all of her own base stats. If attacked, reverts to own stats and opposing Pokemon highest base stat is minimised (al la reverse Belly Drum). Cannot be Traced.
- eg: if Mona Lisa switches in on a Dracovish, her stats will change to 100/100/100/100/100/100 since the opposing Pokemon's highest base stat is 100.

Notable Moves: Mysterious Smile, Impenetrable Protection, Sketch (can only learn once at a time). That's it. She's a painting. What else did you expect her to learn?

Mysterious Smile: -- BP | 100% Accuracy |
|
| 10(16) PP | Inflicts a random volatile status condition on the target

Impenetrable Protection: -- BP | 100% Accuracy |
|
| 5(8) PP | +1 Priority | Any move targetting this Pokemon to have all effects redirected to the user including damage | fails if used consecutively

Stats: 50 / 50 / 50 / 50 / 50 / 50 (300 BST)

Reasoning: The Mona Lisa is arguably one of the most recognised pieces of media in the entire world. Perhaps her most striking feature is her enigmatic smile, which is a contentious subject among the most knowlegable art scholars and unshowered Lourve tourists alike. Her smile is said to give off a knowing aura as if she let off a silent but deadly fart and is waiting to see the variety of reactions that will soon unfold. As an exhibition, the Mona Lisa rests behind bulletproof glass and is contained in an atmospherically controlled chamber that protects her from the crowds, slight changes in temperature, vibrations in the air caused by talking and tactical ballistic teacups. Her cryptic expression, the culture contained within her history and the unparalleled levels of security that protect her make the Mona Lisa a very unique combatant on the field.
I... Seriously? Now that I've given this submission any real thought, I'm ashamed of myself for letting it pass this late into voting. Am I just useless, or is it a reasonable thing to not be on guard for someone violating the premise of the mod this blatantly?

You didn't submit a character from a painting. You submitted the painting itself, and then things related to where it's stored that are only tangentially related to the single character in the painting.

That does not in any way qualify as a "character".

Okay, let's take this to the winner closest to being a character from a painting (not counting Black★Rock Shooter who got all sorts of stuff later), trash man.

trash man is, down to the stats, based entirely on the text on the T-Shirt. Cookie Butter provided a reason for every single aspect of the sub matching the text. Even if it's on its face absurd, it is a perfectly legitimate submission, based on the work it is from. None of its customs are related to its spread as an internet meme, or that it is a combination of text and image on a T-shirt. If they were, I would not allow it.

By contrast, the Mona Lisa has two customs based on things other than the contents of the painting, one of which is its ability "Masterpiece", representing the fact that it is a painting that is well-received. This is the lesser sin, it is at least related to the painting itself, even if it is not representative of a character. Then there is its second custom move, "Impenetrable Protection", which is based off of the fact that the original copy of the painting has guards. I... come on. Do you seriously not see how insulting that is to the premise of this mod? That doesn't even apply to every copy of the painting!

Imagine for a moment, the precedent that this submission being allowed to win would set. I don't think I need to give any examples. Just imagine. Let the implications sit in.

I'm not giving this damn piece of paper any mercy just because it's "famous" or "iconic" either. That doesn't change a damn thing. I'm frankly insulted that, as you admitted on Discord, you think this sub is some how more deserving and legitimate than it would be if it was a less famous painting.

Have you read the Dr. Seuss book, Horton Hears a Who? In it, it says "a person's a person, no matter how small." I feel that, ever since the end of Crossover Chaos v1's fixed slates, that has applied to Crossover Chaos as a project, just replace "person" with "character" - and if you have trouble with figurative language, "small" with "insignificant". Yes, we have icons like Mario and Superman (and three King Arthurs) - but they didn't have to get in first thing in the mod just because they were famous. But we also have characters like Soul Elizabeth Ravenous and Wade L. D. - they don't matter to the world, do they? But they aren't any less valid as characters, or as potential submissions, because they mattered the the people who submitted them.

But this has a corollary, which is that a submission isn't valid simply because it's based on something important. A character's a character no matter how insignificant, and a non-character is a non-character no matter how significant. Being a "cultural icon" does not make the painting known as the Mona Lisa a character, otherwise we could submit the fucking American Flag.

ToadBrigade's Mona Lisa has been disqualified from voting, and any votes for it will be ignored. Apologies for my tardiness.

Feel free to sub the woman in the painting without the metafictional elements. Frankly, though, I don't even see what you could do with that, so if you want the Mona Lisa in so bad, ask Cookie Butter or Neosonic97 to sub the version of Da Vinci from Fate/Grand Order to your own thread.

Congratulations to zxgzxg, KirbyRider1337, and Pika Xreme for winning with Aqua, Bill Cipher, and Dracula (from literature)! KirbyRider1337 earned the title Christmas Comeback Crisis, and Pika Xreme earned the title House of Mouse.

It's the food slate, for 8/8 (ate/ate)! Gluttons and chefs get slate bonus, as well as characters who get eaten at some point. Also since it's Vore Day (which is a thing for some reason) characters who eat people count too. Show your character fits the slate like this: **Garfield**

The slate ends on August 17th. Have fun!

"I shall pamper you to your heart's content!"
Pokemon: Senko
Franchise: The Helpful Fox Senko-san
Typing: Fairy/Psychic
Abilities: Fluffy/Infiltrator/Pampering
Signature Ability: Pampering | On switch-in, heals the previous Pokemon on the field by 25% HP (unless the previous Pokemon has fainted).
Moves: Aromatherapy, Baby-Doll Eyes, Calm Mind, Cotton Guard, Charm, Dazzling Gleam, Energy Ball, Light Screen, Moonblast, Mystical Fire, Nature Power, Nature's Madness, Play Rough, Psychic, Psyshock, Rain Dance, Reflect, Seismic Toss, Stealth Rock, Soft-Boiled, Sunny Day, Teleport, Will-O-Wisp, Wish
Stats: 70/70/85/88/87/110 (BST: 510)
Reasoning: As the 800-year-old fox goddess of the harvest, Senko spends her time caring for tormented white-collar worker Yasuko Koenji, all from the love of her heart (and to repay the kindness Koenji’s ancestor gave her). As a goddess, she also possess supernatural abilities, such as levitation, phasing through walls, mind reading, weather control, magic barriers, and Fox Fire (summoning blue wisps of flame). He cheeriness, helpfulness, and extremely fluffy tail all make Koenji’s life a lot easier.
Bonus Slate Explanation: Cooking is among the things Senko does for Koenji, and her cooking is held in high regard among the other goddesses.

"I yearn for for true gender equality. I have no patience for one who talks about female privilege when it suits them, and then complains about someone 'not being a man' when it's convenient."
Pokemon: Satou Kazuma
Franchise: KonoSuba
Typing: Normal
Abilities: Super Luck/Serene Grace/Adventurer
Signature Ability: Adventurer | Attacks not boosted by STAB deal 1.2x damage
Moves: Air Slash, Body Slam, Defog, Double-Edge, Drain Punch, Earth Power, Earthquake, Facade, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Freeze Dry, Headbutt, Horn Leech, Hydro Pump, Knock Off, Nasty Plot, Quick Attack, Shadow Sneak, Smart Strike, Sticky Web, Stone Edge, Strength Sap, Sucker Punch, Surf, Swift, Switcheroo, Swords Dance, Thief, Taunt, Whirlwind, Will-o-Wisp
Stats: 70/75/68/90/82/85 (BST: 470)
Reasoning: After a pathetic accident involving a slow-moving tractor, former hikikomori Satou Kazuma was reincarnated into a fantasy world to defeat the fearsome Demon King. Unfortunately, even in an alternate universe, Kazuma is still an ordinary guy, with mediocre stats (apart from a high luck stat) and no special abilities or weapons. Because of this, he was forced to take on the adventurer class, the most generic class. However, the Adventurer class allows Kazuma to learn the skills of every other class. Throughout his journey, Kazuma learns skills such as Steal (Knock Off, Switcheroo, Thief), Lurk (Shadow Sneak, Quick Attack), Detect/Disarm Trap (Defog), Bind, Drain Touch (Drain Punch, Strength Sap), Tinder (Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Will-o-Wisp), Create Earth (Earth Power, Earthquake, Stone Edge), Create Water (Hydro Pump, Surf), Wind Breath (Air Slash, Whirlwind) and Freeze (Freeze-Dry, Ice Beam). He also uses several tools to his disposal, such as a specially-smithed katana (Smart Strike), bow and arrow (Swift), Using his versatility, underhanded tactics (Nasty Plot, Taunt), and assistance from his dysfunctional party, Kazuma has taken down some of the toughest enemies of this strange world. also sorry if i mixed some LN stuff in there i was going off the list of abilities on the fandom wiki
Bonus Slate Explanation: Kazuma eventually learns the Cooking skill, making him the primary chef of his party.

"EXPLOOOOOOOOSION!"
Pokemon: Megumin
Franchise: KonoSuba
Typing: Fire/Psychic
Abilities: Explosive Magic
Signature Ability: Explosive Magic | All attacks break protection
Moves: Crimson Explosion
Signature Move: Crimson Explosion | Fire | Special | BP: 250 | Acc: 100% | PP: 8 | Hits adjacent Pokemon. The user faints. Bypasses Damp.
Stats: 50/55/65/170/95/105 (BST: 540)
Reasoning: Raised in the village of the Crimson Demons, home of the strongest mages, Megumin boasts incredible prowess as an archmage, but is complety devoted to mastering Explosion magic, refusing to learn any spell other than Explosion. While her explosions are indeed powerful, being able to take out large hordes and giant monsters, a single Explosion completely depletes her mana, rendering her unable to move after attacking. Because of this, the party mainly relies on Megumin as a last (or sometimes a first) resort.
Bonus Slate Explanation: She gets eaten by giant frogs a couple times in the early episodes.

...That didn't go so well. Let's try this again...

"O lord, I entrust this body to you."

Pokémon: Jeanne D'Arc
Franchise/Origin: Fate/Apocrypha
Type: Steel
Ability: Frisk/Sturdy/Maiden of Orleans (HA)
Signature Ability: Maiden of Orleans- While the user is active, all active allies take half damage from Ghost- and Dark-type moves, and gain +1 stage in Defense and Special Defense when hit with a move of either of these types. The user's Fire-type moves deal 1.5 times damage.
Notable moves: La Pucelle, Protect, Helping Hand, Slash, Sacred Sword, Smart Strike, Slash,
Signature move: La Pucelle- Fire-type, 5 PP, 100 Accuracy, 300 BP, Special. Fails if used by anybody other than Jeanne D'Arc. Jeanne D'Arc faints after use. Damage is calculated from Jeanne D'Arc's attack. Firium Z turns it into a 200 BP Inferno Overdrive.
Signature Z-Move: Luminosité Eternelle- Fairy-type, Status. Upgrades from Jeanne D'Arc's Protect with JeanneDArcium Z. The user protects all active allies for the turn. Can block Z-Moves and Max Moves. Also heals all active allies for 33% of their max HP and cures all their status ailments.
Stats: 120 HP/90 Atk/100 Def/40 SpA/160 SpD/100 Spe (BST: 610)

Reasoning: Bet you didn't expect to see a Fate character here, did you? Here is Jeanne D'Arc, one of the main protagonists of Fate/Apocrypha. Fate/Apocrypha first originated as a Light Novel, so that's why Jeanne has been put here and not in the main Crossover Chaos section- she's a Light Novel character first. In Fate/Apocrypha's Holy Grail War, Jeanne is summoned under a special class, that being the Ruler Class, who serves as an impartial overseer to the Holy Grail War. As a Servant, Jeanne naturally has exceedingly high characteristics, though her skill with magic is low, hence her generally high stats save for her rather poor Special Attack. Her most notable aspect however is her Magic Resistance EX, which renders her borderline immune to magical assaults, hence her astronomically high Base 160 Special Defense. Her abilities, save for Sturdy, are based on factors about Jeanne in the series: Frisk is based on the True Name Discernment skill, which allows Jeanne to see the true name of any Servant and thus also determine their Noble Phantasms. Maiden of Orleans is named after one of her titles, and fits two purposes. One is to show her purpose as a holy maiden (and thus, a vanguard against all things dark and evil), which grants herself and all allies (The latter of which, as well as Helping Hand, is based on her Charisma Skill) resistance against the evil forces of Dark- and Ghost-type moves. The second purpose is to synergize with her signature move. More on that later.

Jeanne's not much of a fighter, summoned to be an impartial overseer, so her movepool is very limited, mostly limited to basic stabbing and slashing attacks, as well as Protect and Helping Hand, and her signature move, La Pucelle, which is based on one of her two Noble Phantasms. Her typing is a basic Steel-typing because nothing else would really fit. There's not really any dedicated 'holy' typing.

Speaking of La Pucelle, this is the move that is meant to synergize with Maiden of Orleans. This Noble Phantasm of Jeanne symbolises one of the most important moments of her life: her death, being burned at the stake. Using that sword she carries around with her but never swings (she actually uses the flag she carries around with her, more on that later) as a medium, she summons forth the very flames which ended her life and uses them to annihilate whatever's in front of her. However, as this Noble Phantasm symbolises Jeanne's death, it also comes with a cost: after using La Pucelle, Jeanne will die. Inferno Overdrive will NOT carry over La Pucelle's effect of scaling from Jeanne's attack, so don't think you can use it for two Fire-type nukes.

Jeanne's other Noble Phantasm manifests as a Z-Move, that being Luminosité Eternelle, the battle standard she carries around with her. It's the weapon she uses for most of her attacks (To quote Jeanne herself: “There’s a spear-point at the tip, so it’s a divine sign that this flag should be used to strike the enemy”), but it also has another effect. Through an angelic blessing, Jeanne, by planting the flag into the ground, can activate it as a Noble Phantasm to create a protective field that shields all allies from harm. This is where the 'protects all allies' effect comes from. The other two effects are ported from Jeanne's appearance in the mobile gacha game Fate/Grand Order. After being upgraded, Luminosité Eternelle also removes all debuffs from allies (the status curing effect) and it also heals all teammates when the NP Gauge is overcharged (hence the healing effect). It blocks everything, just like how it can even completely nullify damage from Noble Phantasms in Fate/Grand Order.

"I will survive in this world!"

Pokémon: Kirito
Franchise/Origin: Sword Art Online
Type: Dark
Ability: Sword of Swords
Notable moves: Slash, Night Sky Sword, Blue Rose Sword, Sacred Sword, Leaf Blade, Fire Lash, Liquidation, Detect, Swords Dance, Tailwind.
Signature Moves:
Night Sky Sword:
Dark-type, Physical, 90 BP, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP. High Critical Hit Rate, ignores abilities. Does neutral damage to Fairy-types. Slash-based. Fails unless used by Kirito.
Blue Rose Sword: Ice-Type, Physical, 90 BP, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP. High Critical Hit Rate, 10% chance to Freeze. Slash-based. Fails unless used by Kirito or Eugeo.
Signature Z-Move / G-Max Move: Has two Z-Moves and a G-Max Form.
Gigantamax Form changes Kirito's appearance to that of his SAO Avatar (Except he dual wields the Blue Rose Sword and Night Sky Sword):

Enhance Armament- Night Sky Sword: Upgraded from Kirito's Night Sky Sword with Kiritonium Z. Dark-type, Special, 200BP. Physical if user's Attack is higher than Special Attack. Super-Effective against Fairy-types. Slash-based.
Enhance Armament- Blue Rose Sword: Upgraded from the user's Blue Rose Sword with Eugeonium Z. Ice-Type, Special, 190 BP. Hits both enemies in a Double Battle. Physical if user's attack is higher than Special Attack. Deals either Grass- or Ice-type damage, depending on which would do more damage. 50% chance to freeze the target. Applies Leech Seed to targets hit. Slash-based. Users: Kirito, Eugeo (if he gets subbed and wins).
G-Max Starburst Stream: A Normal-Type G-Max Move unique to Gigantamax Kirito. Only has two thirds of the power of the equivalent Max Move but hits twice. Has a high critical hit ratio. Slash-based.
Stats: 70 HP/120 Atk/60 Def/50 SpA/50 SpD/130 Spe (BST: 480)
Reasoning: And here we have perhaps one of the most divisive characters in anime history, Kirito, the main character of Sword Art Online. Kirito's moveset here is mostly taken from what we can see in the Alicization Arc of SAO. Fire Lash, Liquidation and Tailwind come from Sacred Arts in the Underworld, which allow manipulation of elements such as fire, water, light, darkness, ice and wind. Slash comes from his sword skills, Sacred Sword comes from the fact that his swords are classed as Divine Objects, and Swords Dance is there because... well, yeah.

But now we get to the real meat of Kirito's moveset. His signature moves: Night Sky Sword and Blue Rose Sword. These are based on the two blades he wields in Underworld. The Night Sky Sword is his main one (Though for the longest time, it was simply called 'The Black One'). Forged from the branches of the Gigas Cedar, a gigantic light-absorbing tree (Yes, this does make it a wooden sword rather than a metal one- hence Leaf Blade), it retains its light-absorbing properties, which lets it hit neutrally against Fairy-types, the type most associated with light outside of Psychic (which is already hit super-effectively). The other weapon is where the spoilers come into play. See, the Blue Rose Sword originally wasn't Kirito's sword, but he took ownership of it after its original wielder, Eugeo, was killed in battle. This is also why the Z-Crystal for the Blue Rose Sword's Z-Move equivalent is Eugeonium Z (It also future-proofs it in case somebody submits Eugeo later!). Also, since these are Divine Objects, Archer cannot copy them.

Speaking of Z-Moves, in Underworld, the place where the Alicization arc takes place, Divine Objects (like Kirito's swords) can have a command used to unlock their full capabilities, which comes in two stages, enhancing and releasing. Kirito only ever used the first stage, signalled by the command "Enhance Armament", hence the name. The Night Sky Sword's Enhance Armament fires a beam of darkness that consumes any light it hits to grow more powerful, so it now hits Fairy-types super-effectively. The Blue Rose Sword's enhance armament encases the target in a block of ice, then causes life-draining blue roses to bloom around the frozen target, draining their vitality. Given the affinity for both ice and plants, it only made sense for it to adapt between the Grass- and Ice-typings.

Lastly, there's his G-Max Form. Another function in SAO is Incarnation, where one's soul can influence a VR environment around them through sheer force of will. The most common way this manifests for Kirito is causing a vision of his SAO avatar to appear, if not becoming said avatar outright, and gaining all his abilities from SAO, including his Dual Blades skill, which naturally translates very well to Gigantamax. His signature G-Max move that replaces Max Strike is of course based on Kirito's signature move and most famous sword skill, the sixteen-hit Dual Blades skill, Starburst Stream. It trades off the Speed Drop of Max Strike for an approximate 1/3 increase in power (and ability to bypass Substitutes).

Kirito's ability is pretty self-explanatory, given he's a swordsman, and his stats are typical glass cannon fare- which describes Kirito to a T, really: he's a glass cannon. Dark-typing is because the element Kirito is mostly associated with in Underworld is darkness.

Pokémon: Patrick Star
Franchise/Origin: Spongebob Squarepants
Type: Water
Ability: Gluttony / Regenerator (Unaware)
Notable moves: Slack Off, Curse, Liquidation, Rest, Belly Drum, Gunk Shot, Toxic, Hammer Arm, Waterfall, Surf, Scald, Outrage, Ice Punch, Ice Beam, Water Pulse, Hydro Pump, Flip Turn, Amnesia, Recycle, Stealth Rock
Signature move: Wumbo: 100BP | 95% Accuracy | Water Type | 10PP | Physical | Does not make contact | Deals double damage on Minimized opponents.
Stats: 115/100/85/75/85/60 | BST: 520

Reasoning: Patrick is a glutton, as seen in many episodes of Spongebob Squarepants. He's also lazy and somewhat oblivious hence its ability Unaware. Regenerator because sea stars can regenerate their lost body parts. Wumbo gives it a powerful STAB that deals double damave to Minimized Pokemon because Wumbo is the opposite of mini. Its stats are a re-distribution of a fellow starfish Pokemon, Starmie, but on the bulkier and physical side.

Competitively speaking, Patrick Star performs two roles: a Curse sweeper and an Unaware wall. Regenerator keeps it healthy to set up Curse multiple times (if forced out), while Gluttony is a better option if it opts to use a berry. Unaware wall sets have a good amount of bulk and longevity thanks to Slack Off and a high HP stat.

Pokémon: Vinsmoke Sanji
Franchise: One Piece
Type:

Ability: Black Leg (Kick and stomp moves have 1.2x power.) | Levitate | [HA] Swift Swim
Moves: Jump Kick, High Jump Kick, Low Kick, Rolling Kick, Low Sweep, Close Combat, Blaze Kick, Flame Charge, Bounce, Acrobatics, Stomping Tantrum, Lash Out, Rapid Spin, Mega Kick, Stomp, Quick Attack, Agility, Barrier
Stats: 75 HP/120 Atk/75 Def/64 SpA/70 SpD/130 Spe (534 BST)

Sanji can transform into Soba Mask using a Raid Canister, which works like a Mega Stone.

Pokémon: Soba Mask
Type:

Ability: Black Leg
Stats: 75 HP/140 Atk/105 Def/74 SpA/90 SpD/150 Spe (634 BST)
Vinsmoke Sanji @ Choice Band
Ability: Black Leg
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Vinsmoke Sanji @ Raid Canister
Ability: Black Leg
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Blaze Kick
- Close Combat
- Stomping Tantrum
- Rapid Spin
Reasoning: Sanji is the chef of the Straw Hats. He is trained in Black Leg, a fighting style that involves powerful kicks that can be delivered quickly. He displays a lot of mobility in battle, and has even developed Sky Walk, where he kicks off the air in order to fly, and Blue Walk, where he kicks off the water in order to swim. Using Diable Jambe, Sanji can light his legs on fire to enhance his kicks. Sanji can use a Raid Canister to become Soba Mask, with a technological suit that increases his stats, lets him fly, and lets him create barriers.

Pokémon: Sakura
Franchise: Urusei Yatsura
Type:

Ability: Shrine Maiden of Paradise (The user is immune to Dark- and Ghost-type moves. Same as Reimu.)
Moves: Guardian Angel, Hyperspace Hole, Extrasensory, Zen Headbutt, Psycho Cut, Wood Hammer, Slap (see Austin Carter), Sacred Sword, Circle Throw, Storm Throw, Secret Sword, Night Slash, Dark Pulse, Knock Off, Calm Mind, Heal Pulse, Psychic Terrain, Recover, Wish, Stockpile, Swallow, Heal Bell, Swords Dance

Guardian Angel |
|
| 8 PP | Has -6 priority. The user's slashing moves have their BP doubled. This can't be stacked.
Sakura @ Leftovers
Ability: Shrine Maiden of Paradise
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Hyperspace Hole

Sakura @ Leftovers
Ability: Shrine Maiden of Paradise
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Guardian Angel
- Psycho Cut

Reasoning: Sakura is the school nurse, treating the kids of Tomobiki High. She has a huge appetite, and can scarf down huge amounts of food. She has surprising physical strength, often throwing or slapping men around. Sakura is a shrine maiden, banishing many ghosts and demons with her exorcism. She can open a huge portal to suck them into. She's known as a psychic, and can sense the supernatural. She can summon her Guardian Angel, who wields a sword.

Pokémon: Patrick Star
Franchise/Origin: Spongebob Squarepants
Type: Water/Rock
Ability: Gluttony / Solid Rock (Unaware)
Notable moves: Slack Off, Curse, Liquidation, Rest, Belly Drum, Gunk Shot, Toxic, Hammer Arm, Waterfall, Surf, Scald, Outrage, Ice Punch, Ice Beam, Water Pulse, Hydro Pump, Flip Turn, Amnesia, Recycle, Rock Slide, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock
Signature move: Wumbo: 100BP | 95% Accuracy | Rock Type | 10PP | Physical | Does not make contact
Stats: 115/100/85/75/85/60 | BST: 520

Reasoning: Patrick is a glutton, as seen in many episodes of Spongebob Squarepants. He's also lazy and somewhat oblivious hence its ability Unaware. Water/Rock typing because Starfish resemble rocks due to their hardness, though they actually are not. Wumbo gives it a powerful and more accurate Rock STAB, though still not 100% accurate to continue the trend for Rock-type moves lol. Its stats are a re-distribution of a fellow starfish Pokemon, Starmie, but on the bulkier and physical side.

Competitively speaking, Patrick Star performs two roles: a Curse sweeper and an Unaware wall. Solid Rock helps Patrick tank non-Grass super-effective moves to set up a Curse, while Gluttony is a better option if it opts to use a berry. Unaware wall sets have a good amount of bulk and longevity thanks to Slack Off and a high HP stat.
Hey, it has come to our attention (Me and other CC "experts", I guess), that you decided to give Patrick the Rock typing for quite arbitrary reasons. You even aknowledge Starmie being a thing, which makes clear that being an starfish by itself is a poor reasoning to qualify for the Rock typing (Toxapex also exists regarding the "hardness" stuff). Also, the lack of Regenerator is quite bad (Like, we all know how he can regrow arms and back from dust, etc.), it could go over Solid Rock to replace flavor, but that's more of a complaint on my part.
This also turns Wumbo into an even weirder move to choose for a custom, Minimize exists, after all.

Pokémon: You Kasukabe
Type: Normal
Ability: Genome Tree - (hard-coded) Upon switch-in, You Kasukabe gains moves, typing, and stats from the other Pokémon in her party. (Unlike Illusion, this applies even if the Pokémon have fainted.)
  • She gains the first moves of the first, second, and third Pokémon.
  • Her primary typing becomes that of the fourth Pokémon, while her secondary typing becomes the primary typing of the fifth Pokémon.
  • Her stats are modified as follows: Attack of the first Pokémon, Defense of the second, Speed of the third, Special Attack of the fourth, and Special Defense of the fifth. However, the resulting stats have Nature-dependent caps: 400 for the boosted stat, 200 for the hindered stat, and 300 for the other stats.
Moves: Assist (Yep, that's it.)
Stats: 30/30/30/30/30/30 | 180 BST
In a team structured like this:
Code:
You Kasukabe @ White Herb
Ability: Genome Tree
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Assist

Kartana @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Leaf Blade
- Smart Strike
- Sacred Sword

Cloyster @ King's Rock
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- Icicle Spear
- Rock Blast
- Ice Shard

Klinklang @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Gear Grind
- Wild Charge
- Shift Gear
- Substitute

Hydreigon @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Draco Meteor
- Flash Cannon
- Roost

Aegislash @ Air Balloon
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Claw
- Shadow Sneak
- Close Combat
You Kasukabe would have Dark/Steel typing with a moveset of Assist / Knock Off / Shell Smash / Gear Grind and a stat layout of 263/400/300/200/300/279.
(Kartana passes Attack (clamped from 461) and Knock Off; Cloyster passes Defense (clamped from 397) and Shell Smash; Klinklang passes Speed and Gear Grind; Hydreigon passes Special Attack (clamped from 349) and Dark typing; Aegislash passes Special Defense (clamped from 317) and Steel typing.)
Reasoning: Unlike Black Rabbit, a winning crossover from the same series, You Kasukabe is one of the titular characters. She started out as a normal little girl (sickly, even), but her father Koumei handed down a sacred wooden pendant—the Genome Tree—containing the powers of befriended animals. (One such power is a bottomless stomach, which she puts into practice as much as she can, hence her relation to the theme.) Such is the logic behind her (admittedly complicated) signature Ability and her powerlessness beyond it.

  • Viper Strach - Poison, Physical, 70 BP, 85% Acc, 10 PP | Has a 30% chance to lower the target's accuracy
  • Bloody Piercing - Fighting, Physical, 80 BP, 90% Acc, 10 PP | Lowers the target's evasion
Other Moves: Return, Frustration, Extreme Speed, Chip Away, Fake Out, Quick Attack, Feint, Close Combat, First Impression, Sucker Punch, U-turn, Smart Strike, Feint Attack, Aerial Ace, Odor Sleuth, Detect, Play Rough, Lunge, Fire Lash, Liquidation, Rock Smash, Low Sweep, Skitter Smack, Spirit Break
Stats: 80/100/70/70/80/125 | 525 BST
Reasoning: This werecat is a swashbuckler first and a chef second. His standard demeanor is that of a calm and responsible adult, yet his combat skill is no joke, let alone in the speed department. (Thus, Normal/Fighting.) The swashbuckler class in Elder Tale (the central MMO of Log Horizon) is known for lowering the stats of opponents, hence the colorful portions of this movepool. Nyanta's skills as a veteran swordsman include bypassing guards (Infiltrator, Chip Away, Feint), interrupting skill activation chants (Fake Out and other priority moves), and enhanced senses/reflexes (U-turn, perfect accuracy moves, Odor Sleuth, Detect). Viper Strach (possibly Strike?) and Bloody Piercing are two of his notable skills, Quick Draw is translated from an item among his standard equipment (Gentleman's Silver Watch), and Dual Wield is an obvious reference to the way he fights with two rapiers.

Pokémon: Cronus
Franchise/Origin: Greek Mythology
Type: Dark/Grass
Ability: Strong Jaw/Castrate-Slashing moves deal double damage to male foes/Harvest
Notable moves: Crunch, Bite, Ice Fang, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Leaf Blade, Night Slash, Slash, Psycho Cut, Cut, Swords Dance, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Rock Slide, Rock Throw, Knock Off, Sucker Punch.
Stats: 130/140/90/50/90/100

Reasoning: I have a theory, people who like vore are douchebags. Cronus is a prime example of this theory. I mean my god, the man castrated and deposed his father and ate his own children. He managed to be a worse father to his kids than Zeus, so I assume being an all powerful deity just turns you into a shitty father or something. Anyway Dark type for obvious reasons, but why grass? Turns out the baby eater, is also a symbol of the harvest and had a festival associated with him to celebrate the end of the harvest. I mean I had to give him harvest for that alone. TL;DR the inventor of vore is an evil douchebag and virtually anyone associated with vore is probably also a giant fucking asshole.

Pokémon: HOBaRT
Franchise/Origin: the funny music channel that likes flinstones
Type: Steel/Electric
Ability: Harvest/Technician
Notable moves: Grav Apple, Milk Drink, Softboiled, Apple Acid, Hyper Voice, Boomburst, Overdrive, Rage, Overheat, Natural Gift, Decorate, Endure, Egg Bomb, Will-O-Wisp, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Meteor Mash , Explosion, Pay Day, Rock Slide, Avalanche, Amnesia, Sing, Grasswhistle, Gravity, Sunny Day, Shore Up, Surf, MF DOOM Desire, Psychic, Psyshock, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Scald, any other food and sound move I have missed.
Signature move: Wrrr| Steel Type|Base Power:60| Accuracy 100|Has a 50% chance to give the user a random berry if the user currently doesn't have a hold item.
Signature Z-Move / G-Max Move: Hobart Drive|requires Wrrr|Base Power 140| Restores berries to itself and allies.
Stats: 80/120/120/120/50/32 [BST 522]

Reasoning: Hyper Operative Baking and Ripping Technology is a marvelous piece of technology that can produce any and all kinds of food and sounds. Straight from Australia this mixer will surely mix the competition into some high quality mush. Unfortunately if you know anything about HOBaRT you'll know that he unfairly got last place. Pour one out for my lad down under. HOBaRT's moveset is confusing after a certain point because why the fuck should this thing get Avalanche, Rock Slide, Pay Day, and MF DOOM Desire? Well half of his moves come from what it can do, and half of them come from the rips this poor boy got. Blizzard and Ice beam come from Polar Plunge, MF DOOM Desire comes from I'm Here To See, Rock Slide and Pay Day come from Frank Walker's National Tiles, Rage and Overheat come from Symphony of the Chefs(it's made from Master Chef samples so uhh why not.), VB Longneck (PSY Mix) (Psychic and Psyshock), and then there's Since I'm Australian. Since I'm Australian samples two songs from the Avalanches(take a guess), In The Summer Time(Sunny Day, Shore Up, Surf), Down Under(Gravity), Shooting Stars(Meteor Mash), TNT(again take a guess), Stayin Alive(Endure), Thunderstruck(Thunderbolt, Thunder), Beds are Burning(Will-o-Wisp), Somebody I Used To Know (Amnesia), and honestly it was the song that inspired me to submit him. As for why this thing is slow and can't take special attacks, it's a stand mixer and it got broken by MissingNo's rips and given that MissingNo had some pretty weak rips to start out with I am going to assume HOBaRT cannot take special attacks for shit.

I know no one will vote for him, it's HOBaRT's lot in life to not be voted for. Ha ha he he.

Applied your suggestions for my Patrick submission.

"Somebody help me!"
Pokémon: Hanayo Koizumi
Origin: Love Live! School idol project
Type: Normal
Ability: Gluttony / Dancer / Rattled
Stats: 100/45/45/45/45/60 (340)
Notable Moves: Sing, Feather Dance, Snow halation (see SiIvaGunner), Stockpile, Swallow
Reasoning: Some rice nerd. Normal because what else would she be. Gluttony, Stockpile and Swallow because she eats a lot (fun fact: canonically, she does not have a least favorite food). Dancer and Sing because she's an idol singer, Snow Halation because she's *also* involved in singing that, Feather Dance because I don't think the season 2 ending theme has lost any feathers yet. Rattled because she gets scared really easily (to the point where "Somebody help me!" is essentially her catchphrase). Her 60 Speed is because her reflexes are rated at 2 stars, and her 100 HP is for the same reason as Honoka.

Pokémon: Dead Master
Origin: Black★Rock Shooter
Type: Ghost
Ability: Gluttony / Lightning Rod
Stats: 110/100/70/70/110/70 (530)
Notable Moves: Shadow Bone, Bone Rush, Shadow Claw, Wrap, Power Whip, Recover, Crunch, Megahorn, Wild Charge, Will-o-Wisp, Lash Out, Burning Jealousy, Dual Wingbeat
Reasoning: Black★Rock Shooter's nemesis, but also kind of her girlfriend. Ghost because she had "dead" in her name, she's got a skeleton army in the 2012 anime, she can possess people in the OVA, and in Innocent Soul she's literally dead (and I don't just mean that in the "she dies at one point" sense). Gluttony and Crunch because her version from Innoscent Soul eats a lot (mostly souls but she also ate a teddy bear in her sleep). Shadow Bone and Bone Rush because of those skull things she can attack with. Shadow Claw because she does have claws technically. Wrap and Power Whip because she has chains a lot of the time. Recover because her 2012 anime version can resurrect endlessly as long as Yomi's around to experience emotional pain - which she's sorta made of hence Lash Out and Burning Jealousy. Megahorn because she has horns also. Wild Charge because her fully awakening in the 2012 anime involves a lot of electricity. Will-o-Wisp because in Innocent Soul she occasionally gets an eye flame like B★RS does. Dual Wingbeat because she has wings, and even attacks with them at one point in Innocent Soul.
