E3 2013 | RETR-oh no....

I'm with the people who hate WFT. Even her Final Smash is dumb. Still, new SSB looks fantastic. Not getting it on the 3DS though. Gonna get a Wii U just for it and Pikmin 3 <3

Random tripping, I meant. Although, I think I'm in the minority for this but I want the percent chance to trip on moves either gone or revamped to not be random.

I wonder how the smash community would react if Nintendo makes Wiifit trainer the new Meta Knight resulting in Wiifit Trainer mirror fights as final tournaments matches.

Her existence in SSB is almost single handedly justified by this trailer alone

Just look at poor Kirby trying to pose without knees

Oh damn that would be cool. They already confirmed version exclusive stages based on if the game was portable/console.

I had a lot of good times playing SSBB online despite how dysfunctional my Wii was but that era has passed.

That said, BRING BACK META he was easily the most fun character and I enjoyed playing him even if he was OP.

Zelda and Yoshi should be shoe-ins to return I would be shocked beyond all expectation if they aren't back. I hope Marth and Ike make their returns as well since Brawl was their secret world of gay love~ not Roy tho ,,|,, him

Gotta say I have no investment in any of the 3 newcomers having never played one of their games so meh. Would've preferred some other characters as well, like maybe Rayman who used to have intense games before the Rabbid mess on the Wii.

I never really thought Villager would make it in because Animal Crossing simply has no conflict in it. I mean WFT was way out of left-field but Villager comes from a Nintendo franchise.

Also good to see Mega Man's in and not X. I don't like X's design much.

Personally I'm holding onto slim hop Zero makes it in and X is an alt costume or something, as I liked the Megaman X series more than the original since it was more what I grew up with.

In the video they confirmed that each version of SSB will have the same number of characters, but they say nothing about the same characters. Although it seems odd that he contrasts the "same number of characters" with "version exclusive stages" unless "same number of characters" actually means the exact same characters, or perhaps each version has a different number of stages?

And this is why I love Smash Bros.: randomness and overall hilarity instead of just simply "hardcorez competitiveness".

Most likely there will be different characters, else they wouldn't have used that phrasing for the translation.

Wouldn't be surprised to see only one or two version differences, though, like the Wii U trainer / a Mii. I doubt we'll see anything too crazy as version exclusives.

Bayonetta 2 and new Super Smash Bros (WITH FUCKING MEGAMAN OH GOD) make me want a stupid Wii U. Villager looks great too, and the Trainer is kinda ridiculous but I'm not mad. It's funny, especially how calm her voice is as she slaps the shit out of Bowser saying 'feel the burn.'. Iffy on whether or not the 3DS version would be worth it, but we'll found it in the coming months.
