Ultimate Spider-man is the best superhero because of witty banter and Ultimate Peter Parker is simply adorable.

Life isn't fair though....
Life isn't fair

Wolverine because of invulnerability and Canadian.

Azazel because man is he fucking boss.

lolazkkedit: k, so wolverine is pretty damn awesome. His recuperation powers are amazing and even though I didnt really like the jean grey sub plot after seeing x-men origins being able to tank her shit was sick (also in the comics he tanked a nuke blast :pimp:). He's pretty incredible in fighting and is generally a bad ass dude, although never deliberately cold as shown in the first movie. His exchanges with Cyclops in the first movie are classic, especially after Wolverine defeats Mystique, and the back story behind him in X-Men 2/Origins was excellent.

Plus his cameo in First Class equals instant win

Azazel was simply bad ass in First Class, being a fucking insane fighter, teleportation being generally awesome, etc, etc. Also, in the comics he screws Mystique and is nightcrawlers father with is pretty pro in and of itself.

My favorite superhero is Iron Man. Because he's a goddamn PIMP.
He's just so bad ass in every way. He doesn't need to have super powers when he has a goddamn battery for a heart

Favorite villain is Magneto. fucking magnets. This guy has been through so much shit. He'll fuck you up, man.

ilovemarvel

Ghost Rider because he pee fire, also he is one of the few heros who kills his victims instead of capture them and led them to the justice they will later avoid. And a skeleton in a motorcycle with his skull in flames is just fabulooooous.

The joker because he cares a nut if your a hardworking warm-hearted father, he will kill you anyway. Also his evilness its not because he always has a complex plan to dominate the world, instead it is because he just murder for entreteinment and he is funny too.

guys matthew trhinks i dont know how tro have fun byt maybe he is a supervillain called "dumb man"

my favorite superhero is beast boy.

i can relate to him in so many ways, and that is excellent. videogames, animals, bad jokes, loyal to his friends, etc. he is also my favorite color. there are tons of personal reasons that only people with dumb crazy emotional attatchment to fictional characters would understand, and i won't mention those because it would take forever, but i will say that his character in the comics has been especially helpful.

i'm a full on fan, autographs, maquette, merchandise, and even a little tiny custom needle felted dude. call me crazy and i will say yes.

plus his name is garfield.

"I may not be smart enough to do everything, but I'm dumb enough to try anything." - Beast Boy

raven is a close second because she's funny

my favorite villain is scarecrow.

For me, heroes come down to Batman and Spider-Man.

Batman has the whole "Badass Normal" thing going and his he has been popular in all the right ways for me growing up.
As a child and such I had Batman TAS which is amazing and one of the best TV Shows ever. As I got older Justice League still had him there as probably the best character 'cause some of the episodes with the Joker were phenomenal. As that DC animated universe died down I was basically old enough to appreciate graphic novels like Long Halloween and Killing Joke plus the Nolan movies were in full swing.

So yeah, Batman is awesome and just something about his "all this stuff is kind of almost possible" that makes him great.

But then there's Spider-Man who has powers whatever but he just feels so real outside of it. Yeah, his witty banter filled fights with his pretty good rogue gallery are great, but then you get to the parts that are just about his personal life with MJ or Aunt May and it's just as enjoyable to read.

While Batman might be more "normal" than Spider-Man he isn't really. None of us are billionaires who parents died and had a chance to go train ourselves both mentally and physically around the world. However, Spider-Man's situation is a lot more similar to all of us. Things like friendships and relationships, struggling for cash, assholes making your life hell, things like that.

I dunno they are both great, just I like Spider-Man a lot. Sorry for typing so much I just had a huge conversation with my brother about this a few weeks ago so I kinda wanted to write it all down.

Favorite Superhero: Superman. No homo, Christopher Reeve was a damn handsome fella

Favorite Villain: Iago from Othello. If you've read the play you understand why. Never seen a villain quite able to manipulate everything and everyone and win in the end like Iago did.

Favorite Superhero who is also a villain:
Ohitsme--Deadpool_HD.jpg
Deadpool is the best! I mean I relate to him in so many fucking ways! Assasin thoughts, surgery, excellent control of blades and swords, incredibly bad jokes, he is just AWESOME.

My favorite villain? hmm maybe Dr.Doom almost no powers, with incredible intelligence is one of the best villains.

also Galactus is awesome.

Favorite hero, uh.... I think I would have to say Wolverine because he's such a goddamn BOSS. Also I dig his sideburns

Favorite villain has to be Venom. He's like an evil Spiderman, and I just dig his backstory, or at least how the guy was a normal person until he became contaminated and completely blew his shit.

That or Sandman.

The Silver Surfer has soared the endless spaceways for generations, tracked grains of dust through stars and seen things many would not even think exist. Norrin Radd is like a silver jesus on a surfboard that can shoot cosmic rays and do just about anything. Part philosopher and part hero, the Silver Surfer really embodies what I like in comicbooks, especially when he fights really stupid and cheesy villains like cyborg-zombie Davy Jones. His best villains though are definitely Thanos and Mephisto, one a cosmic Satan-equivalent and the other a literal devil.

the-green-lantern-comic-image1.jpg

Yes, of course! The Green Lantern's powers are that he can make constructs of anything, limited in scope only by his imagination and limited in power only by his willpower. Hal was a roguish, lady-killing pilot until dying lantern Abin-Sur thrust responsibility onto him, as Hal was the most fearless and willful man on the planet. While he isn't the most skilled or imaginative lantern, his constructs "get the job done," as he's said many times.

What I like the best about the lantern corps is how each lantern is given a very distinct style to their constructs, and the mythos in general. Kyle's constructs fade gently into existence, John's are created like a building from blueprints, and Guy's explode out from his ring. As for Hal, his kind of just...happen. He's the "Greatest Green Lantern" after his former mentor, Sinestro, but doesn't really have a clue what he's doing. Best thing about Hal is that he gets by on balls and fighting spirit.

GREAT GALACTUS! Galactus was one of the first Cthulu-type "force of nature" villains that weren't bad per se, but beyond good and evil. Galactus was born a man named Galan in the universe that existed immediately prior to the one that now exists in Marvel. When the universe died, he merged with its essence and became Galactus, representative of the random factor in the struggle between life (Eternity) and death (Lady Death). He eats whole worlds to stave off his hunger and is indisputably one of the most powerful beings in the universe.

Godzilla, no contest he is the best.

if that doesnt count, then the joker. Always coming up with a new scheme thats always clown related, always almost killing batman and sent to jail, ALways coming back, and ALWAYS laughing about it no matter how much it sucks for him(i dont care about arkham city-you know they'll bring him back.) How much more badass can you get than attacking your enemy and being able to joke about it?

My favorite superhero would have to be Thor, because he has an awesome looking hammer, and he started a fight with frost giants just because their leader called him "princess". My favorite villain would have to be the Green Goblin. Reason being that... Well, if you're green, you fly around on a glider, and you have flying bombs, you have to be pretty awesome. That's just the rule.

Superhero:

Nightcrawler

Cool look. Cool powers. Nice guy.

Teleportation, the ability to crawl on almost any surface and hide in the shadows always amazed me as a young child. I think the one thing that really set him apart for me though was the fact that he was religious, which is ironic considering his looks. I don't like anti-heroes at all. Not one bit. Nightcrawler isn't out to kill anyone. He doesn't have a grudge. He's just out to fight the badguys help make the world a better place. When I was little I always thought that if one day I woke up and magically had superpowers, I would be just like Nightcrawler.

Supervillain:
Man I really can't think of a single one. I seriously don't like bad guys. :/

He gets a special place in my heart because i was forced to be him when i was young and playing superheros.

watchmen-rorschach.jpg

bad ass. cranky. doesn't give a shit about villains. my kind of hero.

vendetta_07.jpg

do i really need to say anything?

ironman.jpg

One of Marvel's best and most celebrated heroes. So many great comics (and movies if you enjoy them) are headed by this guy, as well as Civil War.

VenomBend.gif

One of the scariest and most insane villians out there.

Palpatine. He's just a completely unbeatable asshole, he's the cause of everything. If he loses, it's on purpose.

BM Megatron too.
