Er, point of order, Madeline's not a physical attacker. Leaving aside that its actual role is spreading speed buffs around your team, it has 100 SpA and access to STAB Air Slash, which works well with its having very high speed at +1 onwards. There are other reasons it's not gonna set the world on fire, such as being quite vulnerable to priority from things like Ash-Greninja fusions and the various AteSpeeders cluttering the place up (A Rave-Alola in particular springs to mind), but the shallowness of its physical movepool really isn't that big of a deal. I know we have a lot of them in FE, but not everything has to be a physical sweeper. =]
Except that Baton Pass is still banned in FE. Also special set are hot trash with a bad offensive typing, bad STAB, no coverage and no boosting options. Madeline is really bad with mediocre stats and typing. It can't even absorb T-Spikes. The only thing it might be good is a suicide lead set with Spikes.
Hey, I don't know if this has been brought up in the thread before, but I have a question; can fusions use the exclusive Z-moves of their parents? For instance, could Mimian hold Mewnium Z and use Genesis Supernova?
Yes, unless the Z-Crystal in question is Kommonium Z or Eevium Z (So for instance, Kommew can use Genesis Supernova, but not Clangorous Soulblaze.)
What about the next submission phase and, uh, 1 suggestion. For Pokemon-exclusive items, it seems kinda restrictive for them to only be usable when both can use it (except for Eviolite), so how about the Pokemon can hold its exclusive item if its fused with that Pokemon. Maybe nerf Thick Club and Light Ball to 50% if held by the fusions.
When is the next time for voting?
We already finished up voting. Maybe wait a while for the next slate to start.
EDIT: And for the last suggestion, we can think of a way to raise it to 480 for 670+ DNA Fusions by one thing: prohibit Mimikyu,
