Okay uhm, I think Tough Claws is a 1.33 boost to ANY Physical move, and that's with a base ATK of 130.

Mega Charizard Y on the other hand has Drought and a base ATK of 159 with a x1.5 boost to FIRE moves only, with the side effect of making WATER moves weaker while Mega Charizard X takes x1 damage.

So which one has more power? I'm not quite sure, I mean Mega Charizard Y has Solarbeam as well as boosted Fire Blast and such, but Mega Charizard X can apply that to moves like Iron Tail and Earthquake as well.

So which one is better offensively?

Tough Claws was confirmed as a 33% boost to contact moves.

XZard is very good, but his problem is earthquake weakness and that both of Zards mega forms are limited to 100 speed. Even with perfect IV's, positive nature, and full EV investment it's pretty easy to for stuff to out speed both of them.

Yzard's Fire Blast hits so hard in the sun that it 2HKO's resisted Mons.

There are a few things really annoying me in this game. 1.) I had a flawless Ferrothorn with Iron Barbs as its ability; in which was the ability I wanted. My Ferroseed evolved into a Ferrothorn, but now my Ferrothorn has Anticipation. Why would the ability change? I'm pretty mad considering I spent a lot of time to breed and train it. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how are we supposed to know if the ability is going to be the right ability we want on our fully evolved Pokemon?

2.) I leveled up my flawless Shellder to Level 56 to get Shell Smash, and I forgot to teach it Razor Shell before I evolved it. I went to the Move Reminder to learn Razor Shell and it won't let me. Like, are you kidding me?

What going on in this game....

Can Sky Battles or any other new battle styles be conducted over wireless/Wi-Fi? I know that Inverse Battles unfortunately can't but not sure about others.

First of all, Ferroseed doesn't have a HA, however, once it evolves it may have an HA. You probably caught your female Ferroseed in a Friend Safari, and it so happened that Ferroseed was set to have its HA when it evolved. So, your baby Ferroseed had the chance to inherit that trait, so you got unlucky.

Second, this is general knowledge; Move relearners cannot teach moves to mons that they did not learn. If you never learned Razor Shell, it's obvious you wouldn't be able to relearn it, because you didn't learn it. Actually, it wouldn't work anyway, since Cloyster cannot learn Razor Shell at all, so going to the Move Relearner would never work since it only can reteach moves that it would have learned through level up as that Pokemon. (or egg moves.) This was more your mistake than the game's fault.

I bred two Level 1 Ferroseeds. And my Shellder did know Razor Shell at one point, I overwritten it with Clamp. I should have said "relearned" it. I knew Clamp, then taught it Razor Shell, but I relearned Clamp over Razor Shell because I thought it hit 4-5 times in one turn which was ideal with Skill Link (I was mistaken).

Where did you get those Ferroseeds? The female one had to be one that was bred from a FS caught Ferroseed.

Also, if you read what I said, it doesn't matter if your Cloyster learned Razor Shell as a Shellder. Cloyster cannot learn Razor Shell during level up. The move relearner can only reteach moves a pokemon would learn during level up (in this case, if the Cloyster started at level 1 and leveled up). Thus, it is impossible. And why did you overwrite Razor Shell with Clamp? Clamp is an awful move. Unless you were going for a Binding Band build...

The Friend Safari was probably the case. I caught a Female Ferroseed from the FS, bred it with a Male Cacturne with Leech Seed and Spikes, and breed on from there with babies for perfect IV's.

As for the Clamp and Razor Shell thing, I misread the description of the move. I thought it hit the opponent 4-5 times in one turn taking advantage of Skill Link. I had no idea what Clamp was, I never use Cloyster in competitive before nor any Pokemon with the move Clamp.

I'm sure someone have asked this before, but the answer doesn't seem to be in the last few pages.
I am new to breeding and I was fortunate to learn it quickly and was able to breed a protean timid froakie with 6 perfect IVs just yesterday.
However, I have a question about passing down HA... Does the probability of passing down the HA increase if you have two parents with the HA?
Also, if I had a male parent with HA and female parent without, does the probability of having the non-HA ability increase? and vice versa? (male w/o HA and female w/HA)
Lastly, if I had a male parent with HA and a ditto, does the probability of having the HA increase?

Basically all my questions are the same. Essentially I want to know, what is the best pairing in order to increase the chances of all the offsprings to be the HA.

Anyone know if the Ability Capsule can be used switch to a Hidden Ability? Or is it just if the pokemon has one of two normal abilities?

No, Ability Capsule can only be used between primary abilities like Illuminate and Natural Cure on Starmie.

I think this is related to the BW2 breeding mechanics. Females DO tend to have a higher chane of passing down the ability they have (I think its about 60% for the ability they have, 20% each for the other two), but I am not sure if it stacks with the male having the same ability. Look up the breeding mechanics for BW2 and see if that mentions anything.

Male HA + Any Female does not result in HA babies at all as far as I am ware. Any female with their HA can pass down their HA to the babies. Male HA + Ditto is the only way for males to pass down HA's.

Is it possible to get an infiltrator zubat in X and Y?

Yes. Zubat Hordes have a chance of spawning a Zubat with Infiltrator. Probably best to try throwing up a sub and watching which one can hit through it.

That's weird, it must be some kind of glitch, because I've traded plenty of ditto over wifi
I had this same problem yesterday. No matter what I tried the game would tell me Ditto could not be traded. IIRC I was able to trade Ditto before, so it's weird its happening now.

False. I can re-teach my Bagon's Fire Fang (for example) as many times as I want.

Fire Fang is an Egg move. You can reteach Egg moves this gen.

I was specifically talking about level up moves. i.e., if for some reason Bagon learned Fire Fang during level up but Salamence did not, if you go to the Move relearner you will not be able to relearn Fire Fang. In my example, Cloyster does not learn Razor Shell by level up, so it cannot relearn it. I should have probably worded the explanation better.

Is the gender of Scatterbug dependent on certain outside factors?
Like sometimes I get all males out of a batch of 5 eggs, and sometimes all females, but very rarely like 2 males 3 females or sth.

Where can I find the Expert Belt? Serebii lists its location as "Lumiose City", which is obviously not specific enough lol

Go to the North Boulevard of Lumiose City, and enter the first building to the west of the exit to Route 14. Go to the third floor, and one of the girls will give you an Expert Belt.
