It's £24.99 minimum in the UK if you can find the right retailers. I guess it's slightly more than that, like most things. The US gets most things at least cheaper, and most of the time an awful lot cheaper. Namely petrol, lego and food. Not sure about games.

They are $34 in the US normally I believe.

No. Pupitar doesn't evolve until level 55, and it's unlikely that the player would have a Tryanitar in Cianwood while playing in order (Chuck's Pokemon were 30ish in G/S).

The trailers were just made to look spiffy.
 
I find it really gay that every single pokemon, big or small, seems to be the same size as the trainer.

God, can't Tyranitar be bigger! Wailord is going to be a shrimp!

Tyranitar was a little bigger than the trainer. Besides, I think the size was about right in overworld sizes. Tyranitar is 6"07' and the trainer is 5"-ish.

Steelix should have been a bit bigger, but it's still good.

Yeah I noticed that. I prefer planting my berries instead of picking one of each tree per day.

However it could be an Apricorn tree, or even a Headbutt tree.
 
True, but does that mean we're going to get the PSNCUREBERRY- esque berries again? I don't see that as being a possibility.

Apricorn trees sound more plausible to me, but I guess we'll find out soon enough. ;]

I agree; I think the Chesto and other RuSaEm/DPPt berries will remain in, even if they growing mechanism is like GSC was. PSNCUREBERY will just be ridiculous.
 
the XXXCURBERRY actually have the same concept art i beleive as things such as chesto berry and lum berry so i guess that is just what the jhoto region called them

Wow Feraligator looks really bad.

Tyranitar looks fat(ter). Well, more than it does already. Must be the arms.
 
Tyranitar/Feraligatr finally have good sprites. How does Feraligatr look bad? He looks like a badass, which he is supposed to be, not some extremely round-jawed alligator.
 
You do realize it is almost the exact same sprite, as DP, but at a different angle, right? Maybe Feraligatr looks so weird because now you can actually see his neck line/upper jaw more clearly.
