How did you pick your Avatar?

I just like Blue from Pokemon Special so I try to use a new one every month, and I just happened to find a Halloween-themed one recently of her so it just made sense.
 
I was looking through Lorak's art thread and saw how much this Staraptor fit with my username. It fit me much better than the open-mouthed Ekans I used to have.
 
i think tentacruel's pose is hilarious and it would be cool to have wings
also belly drum + toxic spikes is broken
 
I like Tyranitar, a LOT. It has to be one of my favorite Pokemon. I change my avatar a lot though, so this will be obsolete soon.
 
When I first started there was this jerk of an admin who thought it would be funny to give me an avatar/make it so that I couldn't change it. :(

Thankfully, I actually thought it was cute... so, I'm keeping it. :)
 
I watched the subbed version of Digimon Tamers (season 3) a few weeks ago. It hadn't been fully subbed ever before, and now it is, so I decided to watch it, and I got an even greater appreciation for my favourite season of Digimon.

Jeri Katou (or Juri in the original) has always been my favourite character in the digimon series. I love how she starts out as such a happy, sweet girl but then ironically when Leomon dies she just goes completely insane. Plus, her comtemplation of fate and the way she recovers is awesome. Plus, she looks extremely cute IMO, so I decided I might as well give her the honour of being my avatar. :]
 
mine is the faction emblem of cryx, the dragon god, from the tabletop wargame Warmachine.

I like my old avatar though, so I might change it back
 
Magus is the coolest video game character in the history of video games, and this has been my avatar/icon on every forum/chat program since the birth of the internet.

I run Firefox on my windows 2000 and it shows the images.
I think you have a blocker on your computer or something.
 
I'm not fussed to be honest. I just use a shiny pokemon sprite ^_^.
I change it (try to change it) every week.
Although this pigeotto looks pretty good imo :o
 
I had the "Pussy Destroyer" avatar as a joke, but then I thought it wouldn't fit well, so I changed it to Nidoking, my other favourite pokemon. The other is Scizor, but I didn't want to get mixed with Legacy Raider or other Scizor-using users for having a similar avatar.
 
I was too tired of all the "maybe someday" jokes.

"Maybe someday" I drew because I basically thought a badge was a lost cause so I'd parody myself in what might seem like a never ending quest. People found it funny so it worked, right?
 
Absol was always one of my favorite pokes, and I saw this drawing in icepicks art thread, so I decided to use it as my avatar.

*waits for "how did you create your signature" thread.
 
My username is a combination of my two favorite Metallica songs; Master of Puppets and Disposable Heroes. It just so happens that both songs are on the Master of Puppets album so it seemed only natural. Plus the album cover is awesome looking aswell.
