As we found out last time, if you disconnect you'll be paired up with other disconnectors so it's a bad idea to do it.

Wait, what? Was this confirmed or is it an educated guess?

I'll be entering the tourney as well. Aiming for 1800+ this time!

However, seeing as the Japanese metagame is cut off from this tournament, your performance on Skarmbliss might be more indicative of your ability in this tournament.

Yeah, I know. That said, Random Matchup is a thousand times easier than Skarmbliss, as people are more inclined to use more bizzare (and less reliable) tactics. I did compete in the Spring International. Still, thanks for the heads up.
 
Mom's being an arse, so I prob won't play this time around. Unless a miracle happens, but thats unlikey (like Athens)
 
checked yesterday morning o sign up...and it says there is no competiton to register for:( is it full already or is there something else wrong

ironic because my real favourite pokemon's is both eevee and zorua but they didnt have a option for that did they?

This is my first mayjor tournament I'm playing in so some tips would help if you dont mine. P.M. if someone could share their experiance.

What if your opponent disconnected on you? Would you still be paired with another Dcer?

You already registered in GBU, you still can change one move of your pokemon of your team. The team doesn't locked until you participate in the battle competition, which is on the menu on your game.

edit: my greeting: will you join me for battle?
