Just played an incredible match against some Jap dude who loves spamming dragons. He had a rating of a 100 points more than me, but hax was in my favor, and I won it 2-0.

Just played my 100th Battle. I'm now a 73W - 12L - 15 D/C and I think 1820 (hasn't updated with the latest battle)
I had 1841 earlier but took two losses, first to a ~1630 Japanese player running a bulky team along with Light Clay Dual Screens, then lost to a 1700 player from Singapore, getting caught by a Tailwind Scizor.
And, I just had another narrow win in battle 101, where the opponent Curse Body'd my Togekiss's Air Slash and managed to heal itself with recover, but my Heatran managed to land a Critical hit to keep me in the game.

I did the same thing, then faced 5 Japanese players in my last 6 matches and went 1-3-1 (the D/C was after I knocked out his last Pokemon), so I probably shouldn't be playing right now; I'm either too tired or not skilled enough to take on the Japanese (probably the latter!). As it is 24-6-10 is fine with me, though if I would've stopped when I hit 1664 it'd be a much nicer 22-3-8, after my ranking updates it'll probably be in the 1650-1670 range. Leaving a link of today's battles here so I can pick them up quickly tomorrow and start again, I'm on spring break so I can play all day!

I GOT THIS GUY TOO! I had the same Pachirisu guy. He used Follow Me on my Thunderbolt and made me sad, but I ended up beating him.

First mirror-match lead of the tournament, against a Japanese player "E d e n." Unsurprisingly, it was a close game, and I might have lost if he had chosen something else in place of Metagross.

Gahhhhh I need to stop for now. I just lost 80 - 90 points by losing 3 of 4 battles then had a disconnect. 43 game winning streak broken x.x The last one was just so frustrating too with a Dragonite getting off three protects in a row, missing a muddy water, then still being able to win it due to 1HP left but getting frozen on that same turn -.-

Ok I'm done for the night with my grand total at 47 matches 34-13-8-1(Win-loss-DC-DC that counted as a game) I'm loving the practice this gives as opposed to the same stuff on skarmbliss, but I'm really getting to hate the bs and when I dish it out I get DCd on(and as you can see it isn't that much) Anyway yeah, great tourney so far and I come with battle videos! Picked up some "fun" matches today and I thought I'd save them:

I find it hilarious that the fact that I accidently put the wrong hitmontop on my team has actually saved me from a ton of battles and hasn't really caused me any trouble. If I can get a high ranking with a pokemon I didn't even mean to bring in that would be awesome haha.
Played 7 more matches last night, here's how they went:
11. LALO- Communication Error before the third round. 3-2, disconnected
12. ALEX- Had weird sub-par Pokemon like Luxray and wasn't holding any items. Easy victory, but again, got stupid criticals. 2-0
13. CARLOS- Immediate disconnection. 4-4, disconnected
14. Japanese Guy- Had a ton of interesting stuff on his team like Smeargle and Mantine, but that didn't help him. Swept him without taking any damage. 4-0, right in the bag
15. Andrew- Unfortunate loss by a Trick Room team. I made a big mistake by not attacking the Reuniclus, but somehow obsessed myself in the Dusclops. His Gyarados got up THREE Moxies by accidentally KOing its partner, which was annoying. 0-2, only loss of the night.
16. Lili- Had weird Pokes like Banette and Primeape. Clean sweep until D/C. 4-1, disconnected

I just lost really close battles, one against a 1614 guy that got 2 HH CH finishing Bullet Punches against me, otherwise would´ve won easily. I forfeited when he set up 6 CMs with his Cresse and my Ludi wouldn´t freeze her.
The second was against a TrickSpecs-Draco Meteor-helping hand Latias where I missed a few KOs by like 1% against both ttar and metagross and the battle ended in my trickspecsd Sucker Puncher against his 20% latias and gyarados...I thought I still had a shot but that stupid Latias used Heal Pulse on his Gyarados that just sat there and used Thunder Wave, Taunt and Protect until my Sucker Punches were depleted, only to be fully paralyzed on the forelast turn where my struggle + sandstorm damage would´ve killed him. I forfeited the last turn.

God damn Cybertron...I'm done for the day, finishing with 77 battles that did not end in a DC, 71 of those were wins. My current rating is 1880, while the highest I had at any point today was 1895. I got greedy and played incredibly poorly against my opponent after reaching 1895 and lost 25 points from that battle. I then haxed TeeJay out in a really long/extended match, and my most recent Japanese opponent disconnected on me after I was winning 3-1. My goal for this tournament is to place in the top 10, heck, maybe even 1st, but it's a lot harder than the Autumn Friendly. Still a lot of fun, met a ton of cool and creative teams today, and the next few days should be a blast as well, although I'm actually going to be leaving the house rather than playing all day :P

I SWEAR i remember a pachirusu and mence team, I think I won it, not too sure, did the pachi have a sitrus? if so then we probably faced the same team. That little thing to be honest, i did not underestimate, during my time with PBR a few years back, I know that thing in doubles is bulky as hell and only japs use them, and use them brilliantly..
