sure, that doesn't sound like the worst idea
why don't we just have an aerial map of spawn posted here, buildings named/numbered etc and people can discuss why x or y building can go or be moved or merged and then we can see where that gets us?
really, the "organic" spawn thing didn't work at all, but that doesn't mean it is completely a lost cause, and this way we can improve things whilst preserving materials and not stepping on any toes
