Again, will it affect anything in the RNG process where you kill the roamers, take the Togeipi egg to Professor Elm, show PKRS to Pokemon center, etc. if I DON'T release Latios and kill him?

Having not released latias/Latios will not change anything. The IVs for Raikou and Entei are set when released from the burned tower and likewise when you walk out of the fanclub to release lati. You can rng them at these points(burned tower/fanclub) but releasing them and the KO'ing them to rng using E4 method easier.

Not releasing lati will not affect rnging as you will still have no roamers(assuming you kill Raikou/Entei).

You can still use pokemon talk to advance 13-18 frames and then use rlm calls to find out where you are, in fact Radio seed can track frames via elm calls. So of your desired advances is 130 for example tap and drag 6 times(78-108 advances) and then use the track frame feature of radio seed with elm calls(should only take 6-9 calls to accurately tell you your current frame).

Pokemon Talk only advances by 13-14. Not 13-18.
 
As always i have my shitty trouble.

I'm trying to RNG Steven's Beldum, because, as far as i know, is the easiest pokè on Method 1.

If i select Method 1 on my RNG Version 8.31 and 9.81 it shows stuff about HGSS (Elm Calls etc.), how can i change to Emerald Method 1?
 
As long as you generate Method 1 with no seed, it should be 'Emerald Method 1', even if there is some other info that RNG reporter provides.

I currently need help RNG abusing my old JAP '09 Anniversary Mew on my SS. I haven't RNG abused since around that time (about 2 years ago), so i'm currently trying to remember everything I forgot. Some of my questions are:

- Are Wondercard pokemon in HGSS considered Method 1, K or the RNG Reporter (my one is 7.10) setting "Wondercard IVs"?

- How do I know if the roamers are either roaming or currently fainted? I have Latios, Entei and Raikou in my pokedex, but I don't remember if I killed them or not. Is there a way of knowing if they are or not?

- How do I advance the frame? I remember seeing something on NPCs moving in the Pokemart would advance it by a certain amount but I currently can't find the information anywhere. I also can't use the radio since all my seed times are during 11-12 and my SS is in Japanese which makes it near impossible to use the phone to advance the frame. I REALLY need help with this. I also remember if you moved a certain amount of times (was it 126/252?) it would adavance the amount of frames in an amount connected to the amount of Pokemon in your party, but I also can't remember the full details. :(

Method 1.

You go to the Pokegear, look the map part of it. If you see their face anywhere on the map. They are roaming.

NPCs do advance the frame, so you should go to the Mart where Misty's Gym is at.
To advance the frame just use the phone, I believe in the first page there is a way to find out the different letters of the calls based on punctuation.
128 steps = frames advanced based upon how many Pokemon are in your party.
 
In addition, the calls go like this:

Irwin:
P: How are you?
E: Hearing about your escapades....
K: I'm so glad.....

These are the Elm equivalents. You don't need pokerus to use Irwin.

I've looked on the Pokegear map and I don't see any of their faces but i'm 99% sure I haven't defeated them yet, despite them being on my Pokedex. Maybe its because its been so long I don't remember, but I usually have a slight memory of these things...

I knew there was a reason I was in that Mart, I saw that the NPCs didn't move and remembered that they advance the frame by a certain amount.
I don't have any idea on how to tell whos number is whos.
Yeah, I had an idea that it might be it. It advances the frame by one for every step aswell, correct?

Also, I have a few more questions:

- How do I find out the seed from the IVs from a wondercard 'mon? I tried finding the seed from numerous Mews IVs so I could find the starting frame/my added delay on my SS, but it never comes out right. Is there a RNG Reporter update that allows me to check the seed from them or is there already a way on Reporter 7.10, and how? "DPPt Seed Finder" w/Find Initial Seed by IVs + Stats isn't working. Should I use "DPPt Time Finder"? "IVs to PID"? I don't really know anymore... :/

- If there are roamers, would the 1 starting frame from Raikou + 6 starting frame from Entei mean that when I RNG Mew, I have a overall starting frame of 8? It has confused me. :S
 
About emerald RNG breeding what are the differences between playing the game from an actual Gba or from a slot-2 classic DS? o.O
 
I notice there's something off with the roamer results. It took me a good hour (since I was using the roamer method) to figure out that I had actually hit the correct seed several times.

Here's the situation:
Game: HGSS
Seed: b51205a8
Target Delay: 1437
Roamers: Entei, Latias
Expected Starting Route: 34, 2
Actual Starting Route: 38. 17
First Non-Skipped Frame: 3

I don't know if there's something wrong with RNG reporter with the Roamer Method or it's just a random anomaly.

Were any your roamers already at route 34, or route 2 when you saved before resetting?
