Mingot: Noticed you don't have Darkrai and Arceus on the OP for initial frame. Both are Initial Frame 1. Kinda obvious to most of us, but, I thought you might want to put them up for completeness sake. : D
Thank you for the reply.
Ok, so if my target frame was seven, I begin at 1, 2 because of a runner, then walk 128 steps with 5 pokemon. I'd be at seven. Then I want to catch heatran, So I talk to it, and what does his frame of 1 do?
And if they are different, where can i then find the frame, i can only find the offset.
Wow, that's weird. Yes those definitely count as int. parents.Could someone confirm this:
A Japanese Ditto (checked it in PokéSav) + an English Migrated Pokémon from Emerald
On a English Platinum is an International Parents, right? I tried twice but no success.

Yeah, will try one more time.Wow, that's weird. Yes those definitely count as int. parents.
Hmm..Ok, well I caught mine on a Jap Platinum, so that shouldn't make any difference. Will try again. That should be correct. I've been using Syberia's Ditto and getting the spreads I need that are only for international parents.
loOl, I can also confirm that Arceus is 1 =)Mingot: Noticed you don't have Darkrai and Arceus on the OP for initial frame. Both are Initial Frame 1. Kinda obvious to most of us, but, I thought you might want to put them up for completeness sake. : D
I guess I will try asking again:
I can't find this anywhere: How do you guys manage to find good Legendary IV spreads with the RNG Reporter Time Finder? Whenever people are showing off flawless Legends, they are always captured in some year way in the future. Do you seriously have to run the finder for every single year?
I understand that there are lists out there with good Seeds, but what about Shinies? That would be different for everyone's game, right? How do you go about trying to get a Shiny Legend?
I see people saying this like "RNG for Legends is WAY easier than breeding" but I don't see how. S:
EDIT: I'm testing something that could help to some new people to get shiny eggs a little bit easily.
@Mingot: I've been seeing a lot of these kind of questions lately and I wrote this small tip a while back and thought it might be helpful. Of course it's up to you if it is OP worthy, but I just thought that it would be heaps easier if people could narrow down what could be going wrong without having to ask every time.
Obviously can be tinkered with in any way you see fit.

A quick question, if I catch a pokémon before I capture my actual legend, with how much will that advance the RNG? Two? I don't get what is stated in the OP.
plus, how do you check the ivs of your seed?

mingot said:Or with RNG Reporter 5.0 you can just go to the one routes where there are level 50+ Pokemon and enter the species/nature/characteristic/stats and it would be able to find your initial seed with no IV checking at all. It's pretty slick, if I do say so myself.
actually, that was not what i meant. i meant where do you check the ivs of the egg before the taps?
How is this possible?
i always get an even delay. but now I got 603 when 604 was needed, then I got 672, then 612 and then 615.
I just cant get under 610 anymore?
Is it normal for the RNG Reporter to have found no reasonable initial seed five times in a row? Also I would like to thank Mingot for the greatest version of the RNG reporter yet in version 5.00, with the ability to find our initial seeds without having to go through that laborious process of leveling the pokemon up with rare candies:(
So, to check if I got the delay/seconds right, I flip a coin 10 times right?
But HOW DOES THAT TELL ME IF I GOT IT OR NOT?
All the thing says in RNG Reporter is Heads or Tails.
Am I supposed to use the last results? The first one? The one with the most flips? I'm so confused.
Maybe your finger is tired? Or did you switch to DP from Platinum? Delays are higher on DP.
I'm just using platinum. And I don't think that my finger is tired, because i used to get 606 without any effort.
So i can think of 3 things.
1. my rom broke.
2. the IV check code doesn't work properly, but the RNg reporter does accept it.
3. RNG 5.0 has a bug, or has to be used differently.
What is the most likely cause?
