Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

Only the Elite Four getting beaten resets the roamers. However, beating Red may make the Elite Four harder to beat (they'll have higher level pokes), but I'm not 100% sure if the tougher E4 is caused by having 16 badges or from beating Red, though.
 
How do you find out what shiny spreads you have with your ID? I'm asking this because I want to see if the ID/SID I have now has something worthwhile.
 
I have a problem with Pokewalker RNG. I take this seed:

3903004E

It is on frame 3, so I caught a pokemon and then I caught Munchlax. I receved both, so Munchlax had to be on frame 3? But the IVs were wrong!
What was the mistake? Maybe I got the wrong Second but Im sure I got the right.

I need Help!!

can you post the IVs of the munchlax you did get.
 
Ok, so i go to the resort area, find my seed via magikarp, and do the taps needed to get a jolly nature, and deposite thhe parents into the daycare. However each time the egg comes out with a different nature! This happened three times in a row! I have done many rng breeds and I have never had a problem with this!
 
for charzaro it might be international pokes happened to me once,

and many times i do the taps for a shiny poke i get the nature but not the shiny. what's happening?

Did you have the DS set to the correct year to make that seed's delay 0?

how many times should I do the calibration step and does doing it a lot of times make breeding a lot easier?

If you do it ten times and then take the most comming occuring delay that should be good enough. If you get a wide range of delays you might want to try tapping as fast as you can to make them more similar

I saved one step in front of the auto-walk up to Lance, then RNGed for the seed. From there, you just have to use the radio to advance the frames, and keep track with RNG Reporter.
Unfortunately, you killed all the roamers, so you won't have any way of checking that you hit your seed or not...

Damn, this is going to be more annoying than I thought >_<

EDIT: found the guide on page 1, it should actually be ok if I go through once just to respawn my roamers and go from there :)

Reklaw - I just did my Jirachi wondercard this evening! ^^ It was actually pretty simple - if you go to Smogon's RNG guide there's a page for wondercard Pokemon. Ignore most of it if you already know how to RNG on HGSS, the important bit is the seeds/spreads in the table. Pick a spread you like - natures don't matter, they're assigned randomly - and save in front of the delivery guy in Cerulean. (no NPCs!) From here just RNG as you normally would with your chosen seed from the table, and just repeat the process til you get a nature you like.

PS I don't know if it was just my game or a general Rachi wondercard thing, but when advancing my frame I had to stop on the frame after rather than the frame before my target frame. Dunno if it'd be the same on yours, but if something goes wrong and you don't know what it could be that. Good luck!

Thank you for the response. I was hoping there was a different method to get the nature you wanted as well but alas...some RNGs aren't that easy. Lol.

I just RNG'd that Snorlax for my friend a couple days ago. After you get your delay, (if your frame's far away) you can just advance with radio like normal, but leave it in Pokeflute channel after you're done using radio, and then just call Prof Elm / Joey until you get to your frame.

ok thanks!! My frame is 514 though... and elm and joey calls just dont quite cut it
