So that should be somewhat useful I hope. Also the Japanese listed "1, 2, 3" instead of "1, 3, 5" for the frame column, just so you know. 1st column is frame, 2nd is year (+2000), 3rd is nature # I think, 4th is... I forgot, the rest should be straightforward, last column is hidden power power.

EDIT: O yeah, and yes, I tested (for a few, not all) that those listed seeds and frames do indeed correspond directly to Wondercard spreads in RNGReporter.

You don't advance the frames by waiting for the seconds to pass. You advance frames when you flip the journal, walk 128 steps in no grass or walk 1 step in grass. Additionally, NPC movements can also advance the frames.

I'm looking for a (as close to flawless as possible...) HP Grass 70 spread. I found another one that had 1 less HP but 2,000 frames less. Still a lot... It's for Method 1 (Bill's Eevee) unless it'd be easier just to get it as an egg.

I highly recommend just taking any Eevee from Bill and then using it to breed a HP Grass 70 Eevee with a Ditto. It's much easier. I can give you a flawless Ditto if you don't already have one. :)

Are you breeding or catching, and DPP or HGSS?
 
Capture on water and land are the same except for sweet scent advancement, right? How much does water sweet scenting advance?
 
How do I advance the frames for the Togepi Egg in PokéMart in HG?
Does calling Joey helps? And Elm? How much does the frame advance by the people who are walking in the Mart?

Calling Joey works. I did two using Joey calls, but I did pick a low frame seed so I wouldn't have to work too hard. I managed to get a calm and timid version using Joey to advance.
 
If you absolutely must have an even frame, you could attempt to let an NPC advance the frames, but I don't recommend it. Instead, I checked the same spread on different delays until I found reasonable frames with the target frame on an odd number.
 
I'm going to restart my Pearl soon to ID/SID abuse for good shiny legends, but I'm a bit confused by it, so I've got some questions.

- Does the time (month, day, hour, etc) you're doing this matter? I'm only seeing Seed, Delay and the ID/SID combo from Pandora's Box (along with year).
- How exactly do you make sure you got the right ID/SID combo? I'd assume that if you got the right ID, and you think you were close enough to your delay, that you could think that you had the right combo.
- Let's say I've found a ID/SID combo that will get me shiny flawless Timid Method J pokemon. Is there any way to see if this combo will also get me a X Nature Y IV spread as well?
 
So the Buneary thats running back and forth in Diamond does advance your frame? I thought only NPCs that moved in a random manner advanced your frame.

Use Rommstar's instructions in the fourth post of this help thread. Look carefully at the pictures. Everything you need to do is there.

You can confirm that your SID/OT makes your target spread shiny simply by using it in PokeRNG.
 
Hello all. I'm about to try getting a shiny Torchic. I wanted it to have hidden power electric though. What do I have to do to make sure it's hidden power will be electric? Thanks.
 
What exactly is the "Research" feature in RNG Reporter? I noticed that "ARNG" is on there... does this mean that WonderCard PIDs are being researched? *crosses fingers*
