My interpretation of a realistic Mawile both in lineart and flat colours. It'll be fully coloured which will take a considerable amount of time more than the lineart. I don't think the secondary mouth's supposed to be "living" but I went with it. Notable edits from the original design include the thick neck to support the mouth's weight, a more realistic anatomy and I melded traits from both mammals and reptiles.

I love the realistic interpretation! I noted that the proportions of the fake head to the body changed quite a bit, and I can't really see how the fake mouth attaches to the head (i.e. just at one point at the top of the head, or down along the back of the neck).

I wonder what it would look like from the front?
