:melmetal: Melmetal @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Fist can a
EVs: 252 Atk / 164 SpD / 92 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Double Iron Bash
- Thunder Punch
- Earthquake
- Thunder Wave/toxic

dispite being underrated this thing can work with enough team support, dispite half of OU beating it.. like it jokes on the tapus except z lele or bulu, can also check weavile and 2hkoes the laties

252+ Atk Iron Fist Melmetal Double Iron Bash (2 hits) vs. 244 HP / 52 Def Gliscor: 218-260 (61.9 - 73.8%) -- approx. 2HKO after Poison Heal

-1 252+ Atk Iron Fist Melmetal Double Iron Bash (2 hits) vs. 252 HP / 164+ Def Landorus-Therian: 156-186 (40.8 - 48.6%) -- approx. 5.5% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery just toxic lando lmao

Clefable @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 76 HP / 252 SpA / 180 Spe
Modest Nature
- Moonblast
- Thunder
- Knock Off / Stealth Rock / Flamethrower
- Soft-Boiled

Offensive clefable is quite the threat, with strong moonblasts and thunders surprising unassuming gliscor, corviknight and toxapex to name a few. The last slot can go to any of the 4, knock forces pressure on heatran and chans/bliss, rocks can make for an offensive rocker that lures and hits defoggers hard, while flame can be ran to surprise sciz and melm (although constant thunders do similar things). Overall interesting offensive presence that pairs well alongside other pokemon that pressure steels.

this one again

:ss/xurkitree:

Xurkitree @ Salac Berry
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Tail Glow
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]

This mon can give trouble to landorus fini teams and take advantage of them. Once salac berry is activated it outspeeds mega lopunny, greninja, zeraora etc. It seems like a very fun and interesting set and it would cool to see a team being made around it.

Voting is up! Ends tomorrow!

:nihilego: this one plz
:ss/Garchomp-Mega:

Garchomp-Mega @ Garchompite
Ability: Sand Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Scale Shot
- Fire Fang / Stone Edge
I'm submitting another dragon! M-Chomp can be an extremely scary mon to face, as it takes Garchomp's already good bulk and makes it even better, allowing it to soft check a ton of the meta and make it harder to revenge kill without a Weavile, even with the defense drops from Scale Shot. It can absolutely destroy balance builds after Weavile and other counterplay has been dealt with through other means. I do believe this mon is a threat and is worth looking into atm.
:bw/mamoswine:
Mamoswine @ Groundium Z / Icium Z
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Mamoswine rules, pair it with zone and enjoy
:Heracross-Mega:
Heracross-Mega @ Heracronite :Heracronite:
Ability: Moxie / Guts
EVs: 32 HP / 232 Atk / 24 Def / 220 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Rock Blast / Pin Missile / Bullet Seed / Substitute
- Pin Missile / Rock Blast / Bullet Seed / Substitute

I rarely ever see Mega Heracross and perhaps for a good reason but I feel like it has potential to be an incredible wallbreaker. It has amazing coverage in conjunction with Skill Link like Rock Blast, Pin Missile, and Bullet Seed. Rock Blast being able to handle threats like Zapdos, Gliscor, and Landorus-Therian. Pin Missile can nail common physical walls like Tangrowth, Slowbro, and Lati@s switch-ins. Finally, Bullet Seed checking common Water-types like Tapu Fini and again, Slowbro. The given EV spread can be used alongside Substitute to let Substitute survive an Earthquake from Landorus-T while still outspeeding the likes of Timid Magnezone. Moxie can pickup kills before Mega-Evolving to get a free attack boost and Guts can punish Pokemon like Slowbro, Rotom-Wash, and Tapu Fini who commonly use Scald or Will-O-Wisp.

I do greatly apologise for CCAT being cancelled without it being announced. I had something irl come up.

However a new week will be open for submissions, and the voting on Thursday will include submissions from the previous week!

Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

Mamoswine @ Groundium Z
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard
- Stealth Rock/Knock Off

this cld be cool to build around cause alot of teams have trouble switching into it. Ground-Z hits stuff like Ferro and Fini which are usually decent switchins

DOUBLE DANCE TERRAKION
:bw/Terrakion:
Terrakion @ Rockium Z :Rockium Z:
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Rock Polish
- Swords Dance

Double Dance Terrakion is a very scary wallbreaker and setup sweeper, especially since Fighting + Rock forms an unresistable coverage that few walls can even switch into. Terrakion is definitely not the most common Pokemon in NDOU so it's almost never brought up when teambuilding meaning it can tear through teams easily. This set specifically would go on a form of HO as screens + hazards are extremely appreciated for this Pokemon. Close Combat and Stone Edge are quite self-explanatory as they are the most optimal STABs for Terrakion. Rock Polish and Swords Dance are the two setup moves, of course Rock Polish makes it faster than most Choice Scarf users and Swords Dance makes it unwallable in most cases. Stone Edge being non-contact is very nice since Landorus-T, a very common Rocky Helmet user is one Terrakion's most obvious switch-ins. Next is some gameplay and calculations that show Terrakion is a force to be reckoned with.

+2 252+ Atk Terrakion Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 252 HP / 64+ Def Tapu Fini: 489-576 (142.1 - 167.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+1 252+ Atk Terrakion Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 252 HP / 112+ Def Landorus-Therian: 424-499 (110.9 - 130.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Terrakion Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 252 HP / 184+ Def Corviknight: 472-556 (118 - 139%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Terrakion Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 244 HP / 0 Def Gliscor: 529-624 (150.2 - 177.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Terrakion Close Combat vs. 248 HP / 16+ Def Scizor: 382-451 (111.3 - 131.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Terrakion Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 342-403 (112.5 - 132.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Terrakion Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 433-510 (109.8 - 129.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Terrakion Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Latias-Mega: 546-643 (150 - 176.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Terrakion Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 562-663 (142.6 - 168.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Terrakion Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Tangrowth: 396-466 (98 - 115.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

I apologize if it's an unnecessary amount of calculations but you get my point.

I would like to see what happens if actually skilled players bould with this new set.
I explained this set already in the metagame discussion
https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/national-dex-metagame-discussion-v2.3666135/post-9222416

This reminds me of Z-Haze Toxapex, god I loved that thing. It was op for shutting down setup sweepers and gave a full recovery if you take a boosted attack.
