This sounds sweet, what I'm looking forward to most are tutor moves.
I'm probably not going to get it though, because I only use Shoddy.
 
GIVE US A DAMN MOVE TUTOR, PLEASE.

And I won't be buying this one, but I'll definitely be playing it *hugs flashcart*

Didn't you buy an M3? I know Diamond/Pearl saves are fully compatible between the two versions, here's to hoping they're compatible with the third as well.

If there are any beneficial glitches in it we just need to hope to god they're not discovered until the US version is released.
I want more reliable cloning. And new tutors. And an IV guy. Yeah, everyone's already said that.

Didn't FR/LG come out before Emerald? Where's our G/S/C remake? ;_;
 
wowow, this is by far the best new i had today, i hope is true and we can soon enjoy the third version, i get so excited each time a new pokemon cames out, it will be good if the story have more differences with DP than previous third games, also move tutors will be great, thunderpunch for metagross anyone?
anyway i hope we could enjoy the new game for summer lol. long life to the pokes lol.

All bad. I def don't want any glitches. I remember way back when when R/B had there glitches, it ruined the game.
 
Emerald was released in Japan on Sept. 26 2005...as opposed to May 1 2006 over in the US. So we still have a looooonnnnggg wait a head of us...I personally think.
 
If they make a third game for this generation, I expect it'll have some awesome improvements, and I'll probably waste my money on it, too. Fuck you, Nintendo, for making me buy the same game twice. I wish you could just compact the awesomeness into ONE version, for once.
 
cool news.. been waiting for a new game announcement for a while.. hopefully the graphics and gameplay get a nice update. :heart:

I think you mean 2004, and 2005 respectively...

Also, as the generations go on, the months get shorter:

Yellow: 13 months
Crystal: 7 months
Emerald: 6 months

So we might see it in five months. The same can't be said for the first two games though, as seen here:

Red/Blue: 2 years
Gold/Silver: 11 months
Ruby/Sapphire: 4 months
Diamond/Pearl: 6 months

R/S was the fastest, strangely enough.
 
theres a new pokemon shown aswell in the coro coro magazine issue this month.theres also talk of a alternate shaymin form.i just checked today&im like oh DAMN! already?....i think their about to start making these games come out way faster wrather than every 4 years.they could bring out another game of DP that could expand into another region and have new pkmn in it&be tradable between all 3 games.since there was tons of extra data spaces after arceus in the roms they hacked way before dp came out.
 
If they make alternate forms of Giratina and Shaymin, they have to replace the original ones in that version, right? Otherwise, we would already be able to hack them.
 
Last I checked. A long time ago. Even if the Deoxys claim is off, the female trainer appeared as a male in GS, so it wouldn't be unusual to have different information/pallettes in the third game that didn't exist in the second.
