In my opinion, Sword and Shield aren’t bad games. I think that they are perfectly fine Pokémon games, probably not the best, but I think they’re pretty good. I’ve replayed them a few times, and they’re still enjoyable, sure some elements are kinda lazy, but others are absolutely amazing, especially the Pokémon origins, they are so deep and thought out its really cool.

I was recently told by my doctor to cut out wheat entirely, reduce the amount of cheese and red meat I eat, and try to avoid acidic and spicy food.

citrus peels are completely edible generally underutilized culinarily outside of zesting
i however am allergic to oranges and prefer them with the peels on regardless
candied citrus peels are good this I cannot refute however my hot take is that it is an inferior use of citrus peels compared to using them as incendiary amusement. the reason why this take is hot is because it involves fire, which according to the pokedex is very hot.
The Pokédex also says that entei are born whenever a new volcano appears, which contradicts all other lore surrounding the legendary beasts. So I would look for literally any other source before declaring the temperature of fire.
