OK, turns out I made a mistake when checking this post and Fidgit does get Smack Down after all (even though it's still listed as Knock Down in his TM list). Meowth takes his EC/DC with pride (3 in each now), and saves the MC (The rest of his good moves are 3MC).

Monohm also takes his loot with pride, and the EC/DC put him with one in each. The KOC are used as MC, and I buy him Weather Ball (LU), Hurricane (LU), and Rain Dance (BW TM), leaving him with no MC.

Natu also accepts the EC/DC (putting him at 1 in each also), and uses the 1MC+1KOC to buy Heat Wave (Pre-Gen Tutor), leaving him with none.

I bought Rock Slide on Carra as a BW TM, so I am moving it to LU and claiming 1 MC. This plus the 2 MC goes to Brine, Shell Smash, Aqua Tail. 2 KO go into its DC, unlocking Swift Swim.

3 MC on Gallade plus 6 KOs (MC) give it 9 MC in total; purchasing Psycho Cut, Feint, False Swipe, Protect, Close Combat, Stored Power, Imprison, Hypnosis, and Dream Eater.
