I will move Timburr's 2 KO counters into its EC. Now it has 4, and should evolve into a Gurdurr. In addition, I would like to spend Gurdurr's 2 MC onto Hammer Arm and Focus Punch (both are level up).

Gabite's KO Counter goes into EC. Now it has 4 MC. I would like to spend 3 (4?) MC to purchase Aqua Tail, a DPPtHGSS Move Tutor move.

For Starmie, I'd like to spend 2 MC for Grass Knot (BW TM) and 3 MC for Teleport (past gen TM).
