Robolem's (Golett) KO goes into EC, & Capers' (Gliscor) goes into MC. Capers uses 2 MC to learn Taunt (BW TM).
Totals:
Sheeldon (Tynamo): 1/9 EC, 2 MC, & N/A DC

elDino, HD, Glacier Knight, The Shiny Umbreon, pimpgangster, jas61292, elDino, DarkSlay, icebug, DW, Random and Pippy

Approved.

levren
- not approved. Munchlax is 4 TC, so you can't afford both.

Rectified.

Icebug - note that you've listed Shelmet as Bug/Poison, whereas it's pure Bug.

That gives me an AC, and leaves 4.

E: With levren's rectification, that brings me up to 5.

The TC will be saved for now until some of my mons are better trained.

EDIT: This now means four of my mons have Bulk Up. Wow.

Claiming from this 3 RC, and from this 2 TC, and 1 EC, 2 MC, and 1 DC for my Mudkip (now Marshtomp) and Exeggcute. I am using my 2 TC for:

Machop [Rocky] (Male)
Nature: Adamant (+ * to Attack; - * from Special Attack)
Type: Fighting
Fighting: Fighting STAB; ignore weight restrictions of throwing/grappling moves. Superior reaction time in close quarters.

Abilities:
Ability 1: Guts
Type: Innate
This Pokemon is tenacious and will work ever harder when under a status condition, raising the Base Attack Power of all its physical attacks by two (2). Pokemon with Guts ignore the attack drop from burn.

Ability 2: No Guard
Type: Innate
This Pokemon has an immense confidence from perfecting each of its attacks, giving them all perfect accuracy. Resultingly it feels it can weather every strike, and will not dodge an attack even if ordered to. Only when a OHKO move is issued by the opponent does sense return, and the Pokemon acts normally. Additionally even with their extra skill, the power and exhaustion involved in using OHKO moves prevents them from being benefitted by No Guard, they will have their normal accuracy.

Ability 3 (DW): Steadfast
Type: Innate
If this Pokemon is flinched, it becomes aware of the speed difference and increases speed by one (1) stage to make up the difference. This speed boost is maintained at the end of each round.

Also, can a Pokemon (besides Unown) learn multiple Hidden Powers? If not, can you change which HP your Pokemon knows with the appropriate MC?

The battle

Squirtle's 2 KO counters go towards DC, giving him +1 EC, +2 MC, and +3 DC and leaving him with 4/4/4. That brings him up to 4/9 EC, evolving him into Wartortle!

Tinted Lens: (Innate) When this Pokemon uses an attack that is normally not very effective, that attack is calculated at the next highest resisrance modifier. (e.g. 4x resistance is calculated at 2x, 2x resistance becomes neutral).
Run Away (DW): (Innate) This Pokemon is quick on its feet and will evade any field traps and hazards that would harm it (Spikes, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes) in an arena.
