well this bowser shit is nice for me since i loved using bowser in melee though he was balls, but it's kinda gay too because...come on man you are taking advantage of something that totally breaks the rules of the game and was not intentionally there.
 
Todays dojo update was kinda cool, I didn't know that stage existed, although it looks a bit too much like a custom stage with a background in that it looks almost impossible to kill in a couple of directions >.<

The update totally faked me out. I saw the question mark and thought, "Lucario?", but then I realized it had a stage symbol. Lame.

Does anyone else's Hollywood Video have a GameCrazy attached? If so, I really hope they have a tourney. There are no GameStops near my house....

I'm holding a tourney at a GameCrazy the week after the game comes out in NA.
 
Or you guys could just look for actual tournaments advertised on SWF.

GameStop and other stores generally aren't that good at hosting tournaments.
 
I won't be able to get into any tournaments around that time, so I won't be able to take part in whatever Gamestop is doing. I'll have to ask my Gamestop if they're doing the midnight release as well, which they probably are, since they're in a major mall right in the middle of Boston.

Right now, though, I'm hoping for in-store demos in the next few weeks. Is there ANY reliable information concerning in-store demos one way or another?

I will say it again: RUMOR. They say it too, only they don't type in English-American format or whatever it's called. Stupid u.
 
thats fake; some dudes (including samura panda) that can speak japanese told it was not related to the picture of a magazine scan that went with it at all
 
I hate to admit it to myself, but I'd gladly pay for new characters. Like other people, though, I really doubt it'll happen.
 
If it was true though, I think it's more to, buy the WiiWare program, then sit and wait for your goods to come in whenever.

Also, stop making SamuraiPanda your Japanese God. It's really sickening.

I'd more than gladly pay for more of anything. If you don't want to, you don't need to and no one will force you, but that's no reason to hope it's not an option.

Even so, if this is in reference to the same rumor that was popping up the last day or two about that magazine that supposedly had Sakurai saying something about it, it probably is fake. I don't follow that SamuraiPanda guy, but several people who apparently can read Japanese have mentioned that 'download' and 'wiiware' and other words like that don't even appear in the article. Of course, they could have been lying or just simply wrong, but I'm not going to jump to that conclusion just because of what I want.

Still, I'd absolutely love to have the option of additional characters and stages and anything else and it would explain the really weird lists of assist trophies and Pokemon (only one of the legendary birds? two of the legendary dogs? Seems massively irrational to me.) and five bucks for a character or junk I'll be using for the next six years doesn't sound like a bad investment.
