Can't be worse than the Browns/Bills 6-3 Shitbowl a few years ago. I mean, can it??? That was an all-time low for the NFL.

The Jaguars-Ravens on a Thursday night in 2011 was decidedly worse. The two teams combined for 351 yards on 119 plays, and had half that in penalties (16 for 175 yards). The fact that it was nationally televised and that one of those two teams was a perennial playoff contender that nearly made the Super Bowl that year just made the whole thing even worse.

And honestly, I found it quite entertaining. You just never knew who was going to fumble next. The Browns/Bills game was on a sunny Sunday afternoon, not a cloud in the sky, just a plain battle of ineptitude.

The Raiders and Jags are two of the worst teams ever, yet they still competed with each other last weekend. It takes a special kind of terrible to make the game memorably bad.

I'd say "ever" is a stretch for the Raiders. We've only seen two games so far and they should have won the Colts game, just lost by a missed field goal.
Pryor and McFadden give the offense a chance at least, and while the defense has 10 new starters, they aren't rookies. The team looked pretty bad during preseason but since the regular season started they haven't looked so bad at all. Certainly not "worst team ever" bad.

its not uncommon for 2 terrible teams to churn out an instant classic. http://scores.espn.go.com/nfl/recap?gameId=291122008

one of the best games of recent memory

i enjoyed the shit out of that game.

both Ds showed up.

Panthers won
Bengals won
Lions won

Is it "cat day" or something? Did I miss the memo?

Only if the Jaguars win :p

Also, did the Browns just throw the ball 54 times with Brian Hoyer as QB and win??

P.S. The Panthers would be a Super Bowl contender if they had a coach that could actually call offensive plays.

Niners are beginning to disappoint, Kaep is doing it all wrong; you're supposed to slump in your sophomore year, not junior >.>

And now to get ready for the Rams on Thursday, who while sucking, had the Niners even worse than the Seahawks last year considering they didn't lose to them.

Aldon Smith out indefinitley/hehe.

And ya'll laughed at me when i said the 49ers would go 8-8.

Giants suck, but my opinion is unchanged. The only thing that has changed are their odds of making the playoffs.

I'm getting flashbacks to the Ravens of old with their D carrying them and their offense being anemic, and I actually don't mind it. Would be nice if we could run block for a change.

Also, by the end of the day the Browns are most likely gonna be ahead of the Steelers, this makes me very happy.

I don't know where you said that, but Niners ain't going 8-8 considering we should get Crabtree, Manningham, and Davis back by then...dunno wtf is up with the defense though and all those stupid penalties.

Aldon Smith is an idiot though, someone needs to remind him how stupid DUIs are. Perhaps remind him that the one Cowboys player killed his own friend with a DUI and screwed up his career, maybe that'll help set him straight.
