Is anyone else noticing the scores on Yahoo leagues are screwed up? Matt Ryan went from like 32 points to 14, haha.

He gave me 17 points bra. I won. Lgi. I probably have the most balanced team in my league though.

I just feel bad for the guy I beat who would have won any other match up but vs me lol.
 
If you're starting Roethlisberger you're not the most balanced team in the league.

Roethlisberger is a great NFL starter, but for fantasy he is a fringe top 10 guy at best.


Above average quarterbacks are the new average; you need a guy like Romo or one of the Mannings to have an average starting QB.
 
I'm in a standard 10 team league on ESPN with some friends from school and this is how my team turned out:
QB: Aaron Rodgers
RB: Matt Forte
RB: Trent Richardson
WR: A.J. Green
WR: Eric Decker
TE: Jason Witten
FLEX: Ahmad Bradshaw
PK: David Akers
TD: Green Bay Packers
BE: Peyton Hillis
BE: Ben Tate
BE: Daniel Thomas
BE: Jeremy Maclin
BE: Titus Young
BE: Michael Crabtree
BE: Vincent Brown

Maclin, Bradshaw, and Decker are pretty interchangeable in my opinion in case one is facing an easier defense that week. I have some pretty good players on my bench that I expect at least a few to do pretty well, and my core positions look pretty good right now.
What do you guys think?
 
Man, Trent Richardson was such a disappointment in Week 1. I hope this isn't a sign for the rest of the season. Also pretty sure Freddy Jackson is on his way out, and Spiller will be the starter from now on.

yes, that too. but i have mathews waiting to come back, the law firm did well today, and i have #1 waiver, which means cj spiller is mine.

life is good (in that league)
 
in my money league I went up against Torrey Smith and Antonio Gates with an 11.5 point lead and somehow won ಠ_ಠ

definitely worth staying up this late to watch MNF!

Also, as much as I hate to do it, I'll probably be starting Malcolm Floyd over Jeremy Maclin this week in SmogonBomb. Based off Michael Vick's performance last week and facing the Ravens defense, I don't think Maclin will be producing much. Compared to Floyd, the number one receiver in the Chargers offense going against the Titans defense... I think the choice is clear. There was the option of starting Maclin over Welker after how poorly Welker did last week, though I think he'll be more involved this week against the Cards.

For the auction league, I'm putting in RG3 over Stafford this week. Even though Stafford is projected to get more points, I really don't think it'll work out that way. Stafford's going up against a strong 49ers team that beat a great Packers team last weak, compared to RG3, coming off a hot performance and going against the Rams, losers last week to the Lions. For me, I just have a good feeling that RG3 will outperform Stafford this week. Also, it saddens me that I have such little depth in this league that I need to start Santonio Holmes at the flex spot. Yuck.
 
only in one league, but i won by like 40 points. Julio Jones and the Ravens D carried the lions share, Stafford did diddly.

I lost my Round casue of Darren McFadden did so many things wrong in the 3rd and 4th Q I feel like I need drop him. I could of won this Round
 
I lost in both of my leagues.

Anyone that's wondering why just needs to know that my quarterbacks are Stafford and Newton, and my opponent's quarterbacks were Matt Ryan and....Matt Ryan.
 
I dropped Cobb before the game last week in league C to pick up Turbin in case Lynch didn't play, and immediately regretted it. It was too late, he was already on waivers.

I am filled with regret.
 
iduno who death kingdom and everest are, but the trade proposed in league b is kind of ridiculous.

ryan mathews, tom brady, jacquizz for forte.
