The differences of Pokemon, Abilities, and Moves in USUM and ORAS
Pokemon (VR Order):
Kartana,
Zygarde 100%, Celesteela, Alolan Muk, Pheromosa, Ash Greninja, Lunala, Dawn Wings Necrozma, Dusk Mane Necrozma, Ultra Necrozma, Solgaleo, Guzzlord, Alolan Marowak, Type: Null
Out of 51 VR Pokemon above C rank, 14 are not in ORAS. That’s 27 percent of that section of the VR.
Abilities (Alphabetical Order):
Comatose, Dazzling,
Innards Out, Psychic Surge, Queenly Majesty, Triage, Water Bubble,
The most notable loss here is Innards Out. In ORAS, there is no solution as easy as innards to a physical sweeper.
Moves (Alphabetical Order):
Anchor Shot, Baneful Bunker, Beak Blast, Catastropika, Clangorous Soulblaze, Core Enforcer, Extreme Evoboost, First Impression, Genesis Supernova, Ice Hammer, Lets Snuggle Forever, Light That Burns The Sky, Menacing Moonraze Maelstrom, Mind Blown,
Moongeist Beam, Multi-Attack, Oceanic Operetta,
Photon Geyser, Plasma Fists, Power Trip, Searing Sunraze Smash, Shore Up, Spectral Thief,
Sunsteel Strike
No moldy moves means Mold Breaker sweepers are important now. No CFZs in ORAS, meaning stall teams can generally fare better and there's less random nuke stuff. ORAS is more complicated due to no moldy moves and no innards. Because of the lack of moldy moves, there are less offensive abilities because of the coverage necessary when not running MB. The main offensive abilities are STAG, HP, and MB.

Fig 1. Very high quality diagram made by yours truly of the difference between USUM and ORAS. I didn't want to do every move, so I just went with the moldy ones.
