mewtwo -> mixmaster.mewthree

because fuck that is an awesome name for an angsty 11 year old

Blissey -> Fattey (Fat = HOLY FUCK YOU BARELY HAVE ANY ARMS, Tey = Fat (oops, I meant that she has a glandular disorder) girl's name I know). Also Fattey is sort of like Fatty, which means a fat person.

Geodude -> Rockman

Rock is more straight-to-the-point than geo, and man sounds better with rock than dude.
It probably wasn't based so much off "geo" on its own as "geode" the sediment structure/rock. Thus, Geod + dude = Geodude, though you pronounce it Geo dude as that sounds a lot better and punnier.

stonosaur looooool.

Acht, I suck at naming pokemon, but here it goes...

Tentacruel --> Venokren. Veno is for venom. Duh. Kren is for Kraken, which I personally think Tentacruel is more based on.

Golurk --> Mayacore. It looks like one of those mayan statues to me for some weird resond.

Meowth -> Catmon
Oddish -> Oddmon
Bellsprout -> Sproutmon
Jigglypuff -> Jigglymon
Rattata -> Ratmon
Pidgey -> Pidgeonmon
Charmander -> Agumon
Pikachu -> Pikamon
Mew -> Mewmon

etc

Torkoal --> Torkano. Torkoal needs a much cooler name than coal. Volcano tortoise gogogogo!

Snivy --> Smugleaf. Don't need an explanation there.

Mandibuzz --> Vultient. Ancient vulture. It has a bone in it's head, so I think it works. Not my best piece, but hey, better than sounding like a bug right? I mean, mandi and buzz make me think of buzzing mandibles.
