Since the gym negotiations require 4 fully evolved Pokemon, may as well get my fourth member out of the way for 2 TC:

Ability 1: Ice Body: (Innate) This Pokemon thrives in Icy conditions and can absorb energy from Hailstones to recover two (2) HP/action in Hail.
Ability 2: Thick Fat: (Innate) This Pokemon has a great deal of extra fat or muscle that increases its resistance to extreme heat or extreme cold, reducing the type effectiveness of Fire and Ice-typed attacks to the next level of resistance (2x weak becomes neutral, neutral becomes resistance, etc.)
Ability 3: Oblivious: (Innate, DW) This Pokemon is incapable of being effected by Attract or Cute Charm.

Attacks:
Defense Curl
Powder Snow
Growl
Water Gun

Ice Ball
Body Slam
Aurora Beam

Incidentally, do Ice-type moves hitting a Thick Fat mon with a 4x Ice resist simply not affect the Pokemon (next level after 4x resist is immunity), or do they only hit for 8/27's damage a la the 2/3's of ASB resists? (next level after 4x resist is an 8x resist)

Approved.

Things about 8x exist - look at Dry Skin Parasect hit by Fire Blast. So yes it would be an 8x resist.

Using first link to buy Nature Power (level-up) on my Deerling. Then, using second, third, and half of fourth link to put Deerling's EC to 5/6. After that, I'll use that 1 with a 4 from the (6) to put Lileep at 5/6. With 11 remaining, I'll make Embirch's EC go to 7/9 (no evolution) and have Budew be 4/9 (no evolution). And... that's it.
