It's the movie arceus. pretty sure it's on diamond/pearl

I think I kinda clued in what the PokeWalker might end up being. If the point is it move and gain exp, and you can battle on top of that... Did anyone ever own one of that digivices that required you to shake to level up your digimon and battle bosses and stuff? I'm thinking the concept is going to the same.

I believe I'm that loser than. :'( I'll probably end up using it while I'm on the trend mill in the evening and in the early morning for a walk.

Yea I had one of those, the point was neccisarly to walk, though it made it a great deal easier you basically shook the thing like crazy dong all kinds of shennigans like twisting it in the air, etc, etc, until you had a random encounter.

Also have there been any pics post Cherrygrove of the Gold or Mary Poppins w/o a pokemon following them? Despite how cool it might be, I personally wouldn't always want to have a pokemon following me.

I doubt you have to have a pokemon follow you. Just like in Stark Mountain with Buck, it would mean you couldn't ride your bike, Surf, or any other thing that requires you to change speed > running shoes. I am positive it is a feature, by all means of the word.

Pokemon Yellow still allowed you to do those things, Pikachu just goes into your Poke Ball when you bike or surf or whatever.

Then again, when your Pokemon is following you in Amity Square, you can't ride your bike, but you can still run. But there's nowhere to surf...

I guess we'll just have to wait to find out for sure.

I don't see why they wouldn't. I mean, Wii Will Rock U has a record, and he's never been wrong (and in fact, can't be wrong). It's certainly not going to be thousands of different options, but I'm betting several Pokemon, especially popular ones, are going to have alternate sprites. Whether or not they're all very different looking, like NEPichu, that's hard to say.

Why is it unlikely to be one-off? Same reason I would have told this guy last month:

Because it seems rather odd to have just a Pichu that looks different, and leave it at that. Red Gyarados, had it been revealed before Gold and Silver were known to have Shining Pokémon might have been thought to be a unique deal as well.

Further, these kinds of events promote the games rather than the anime or whatever. By the time this game comes out, the twelveth movie will probably be out of theatres for a good 3 months or so.
 
Well pretty much everything has been revealed for this game only a few questions remain unanswered, In-game Celebi and scans on Kanto. Once we got some info on these the game will be perfect in my eyes, all they have to do is keep Sinnoh Space-Time and Hoenn Land-Sea Legend, out of Pre-Elite Four storyline and the games are perfect in my eyes.

Anyone besides me hoping that we get some new move tutors?

God I hope theres move tutors, and for the arceus event in shinto ruins do you have to catch the Unknowns? When does the arceus event even happen? I'm gonna be damn pissed if its when Im at sleep away camp

It's been confirmed they are coming out in the Fall, as for the U.S. March or April most likely, large handheld platformers for Pokemon always debut in that time of the year, I'm hoping for march, though I'm getting the Japanese version anyway.
 
Anyone else think the Apricorns might not be true items, like the Accessories and Seals, and go in something like an Apricorn bag?
I mean, the Berries are already separated into their own pocket.

also if a steelix takes two "spaces" of the screen how many would a wailord take? o.o
btw if the pokemon that would follow you is a shiny will it appear as ashiny then? :o

also had it been mentioned that groudon will be available in heartgold and kyogre in soulsilver? and if you have botz of them it will unlock rayquaza :o
 
I suspect maybe 2x3 for wailord... which may cause problems but or maybe 2x1.

What I did see was larvitar, probably earlier in the story, which could mean raising a tyranitar for ingame :)
 
hmm, its dissapointing that they only decided to show stuff we already knew yet its cool to see the video of the new pokedex system, what happens with the nep at ilex forest and it using pain split.

And unfortunately the clip with larvitar could very well have been in kanto :(
 
Awesome awesome awesome.

I'm questioning whether a shiny Pokemon will show up as shiny or not...it'd be awesome. Shinies are supposed to be rare but still, it'd be nice to see just a recolor of the original Pokemon sprite for the shiny...even a sparkle :)

Wailord would most likely be 1x2. The width shouldn't be more than 1 square since some passages are only 1 square wide. But this would make wailord look thin lol.
 
Certain Water-types might only be able to follow you in water, though.

It's hard to say since they haven't shown any fish-like pokemon following you yet.
