fixed and Earth power isn't bad when it's only 10 points weaker(and has a small chance of getting stronger via special def drops) than Earthquake and it's just that all the stab users are physically orientated except only camerupt has stab on it with a decent special attack but it's slow as dirt and stab Earthquake does more damage to most things you'd use a stab ground attack on.
better new physical and special moves for various types and better distribution of current moves will be nice.
Earth Power isn't very useful when things like Tentacruel and Tyranitar will be taking much less than Earthquake. Tentacruel because as a Ghost-type it will undoubtedly be put into an Anti-Spin position. Considering it's weak to Water, OHKOing Tentacruel is a big deal. 100 base Attack + EQ allows that, but 100 base Special Attack + Earth Power does not. Tyranitar, of course, will be able to Pursuit it like any other Ghost we have. Earthquake can 2HKO from 100 base Attack, while Earth Power cannot 2HKO. Earthquake in general is superior to Earth Power, unless you want to hit Scizor and Metagross harder. To be honest, while Ground/Ghost is a unique typing, it's not the best typing for a Ghost. Being weak to Water really, really sucks. It means he cannot spin-block Starmie, and switching into Tentacruel is more difficult.
Since Drill Liner hit Pokabu super effectively, and Desukan neutrally, we can assume it is one of several secondary types if Drill Liner is Ground-type: Dark, Dragon, Fighting, Ground, Ice, Normal, Psychic, and Water. The ones that jump out to me as completely ridiculous (imo) are Dragon, Ice, Psychic, and Water. That leaves Dark, Fighting, Ground, and Normal. We've already seen Spiritomb with Dark/Ghost, so I'll just ignore that possibility. Fighting/Ghost would be unresisted offensively (except theoretical Normal/Ghost) and have resistances to Bug, Poison, and Rock, with immunities to Fighting and Normal. Ghost/Normal is the most intriguing possibility, imo. Resistances to Bug, and Poison, with immunities to Fighting, Ghost, and Normal. I'd personally prefer Ghost/Fighting or Ghost/Normal over Ghost/Ground simply for the ability to take on common spinners more easily, but that's just my opinion. Regardless, I'd love for this to be a physically attacking Ghost.
