Banryu, I technically shouldn't approve you since you never posted Flygon here, but since you edited your profile with it (something else you shouldn't do >.>) I can check it there. Keep that in mind for the future though. Change Flygon's HP to 100 and you are APPROVED.

Scipio the Skorupi gets the exact same counters as Cyndel, plus one KOC to EC. He purchases Cross Poison and Crunch (both Level-Up), leaving her with 2/6,1,1/5.
 
Banryu, I technically shouldn't approve you since you never posted Flygon here, but since you edited your profile with it (something else you shouldn't do >.>) I can check it there. Keep that in mind for the future though. Change Flygon's HP to 100 and you are APPROVED.
Dunno what you're talking about with the Flygon thing, I definitely posted him the first time and he was still there in the quote, it's not like I added him into that or something. :0 Anyway I know you're not supposed to change things in the Registration Thread post prior to its approval, but it was my understanding that evolution is an exception in that it is merely posted in this thread for verification. (I could have sworn I read that somewhere but at the moment I can't seem to find it. x____X) Anyway thanks for the approval as well as the catch on Flygon's HP. :3
