keypresses have nothing to do with it. use eontimer for better results.

How exactly do you use EonTimer for a standard seed? Just uncheck the "C-Gear" box, input the target second, -60 for your calibration to account for your offset (assuming you're not using a 3DS), start the timer when you set the time on your DS, then load the game when the timer expires? Also, since you can't control your Timer0, how does EonTimer help you with that?

You would have to deposit, save, and reset and then re-hit your seed, as depositing advances the frames by 7.

no, depositing a pokemon does not advance the frame. only withdrawing it or moving it from a box to the party advances the frame.

Question y'all:

I have to restart 3 of my carts because Nintendo fucked me over and deleted my accounts to DreamWorld. I'm planning on entralink RNGing and Standard seed abusing in my games when I restart them.

Is RNGing my TID/SID necessary to do either of those? I seemed to find seeds really quickly on my last Black save, so I don't think it would be.
And also: when I restart my game, do my parameters remain the same so as long as I stay on the same DS?

No. You don't need to. There are a few reasons people do but none are absolutely necessary for what you want to do. To your second question, yes, they are the same.

That day I was using a different date 2080 october 21st I savedin fornt of the mailman face at the Pokemon Center near the elite four.. I lost my ds and found it again today and search for a 2012. I go in plug information into the PPRNG 1.5.0 2 and it gives me a seed. I put all the information on the seed into my DS. I believe I hit everything right. I talk to the mailman and get the vicitini to later check the IV frame am on.But the Victini I recived is on 10/21/2080. I restart try saving and then try it again but it is no use. What should I do?

The date received is when you got the Wonder Card, not when you captured it. So there's nothing you can do to change that unless you want to hack a new Wonder Card.

GLAN stands for "Gender Locked Any Nature," which refers to, just as it sounds, WonderCard Pokémon whose gender is fixed but whose nature is variable. The Japanese shiny Hydreigon is an example; Hydreigon in general can be either male or female, but the one you get from the WonderCard will always be male, and it can have any nature.

I've been away for a while so I need someone to refresh my memory here. How would I go about RNGing that event Mewtwo? Do I search for a Wondercard seed or just a Standard seed for the IVs? And can the nature be RNGed or does it need to be done via trial and error like in 4th gen? Thanks.

guys the rng reporter worked fine for the last week but today when i open it up it says
"unhandled exception has occurred in your application. if you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. if you click quit, the application will close immediately" blah blah blah.

Does it work after you hit continue? If it does, then it shouldn't matter.
If if doesn't, try redownloading it.

yes it does .but the info i entered(which is ID SID ,which is always saved in the main window) are gone.although my ds parameters are there

Then just re enter them. No biggie.

Are there any websites/applications that are useful for synchronizing with the DSi clock since it lacks a second hand? I'd rather not have to change my PC clock all the time, and with something that counts down like EonTimer, it seems like it would be easy to accidentally start the game 1 second (as far as the clock is concerned) early.

From the DS main menu, select your game exactly when the clock reaches the next minute. You will want to note the exact time you hard reset the game.

You can skip the intro as long as you don't press any buttons until the Game Freak logo animation starts. In min seconds put the time the clock claims you started the game - the time the clock said when you started the game. We know there's actually a delay but ignore it at this stage; the point of having max and min seconds is to find what time (which should be between those values) you really hit, and hence find the delay. The max seconds should get filled in automatically.
