o haha without a DOUBT. I can get flawless pokes in <10 resets when breeding...but these legends man....they're killer.
Actually, the seed I was using generated the IV spread I wanted under Method 1, but NOT Method K. I found another close, HP GRASS set and went for that instead.

ok i got my spread, entered it into RNG Seed finder, and then took that seed, and did seed to time. Where do I find the target frame tho?
Im using RNG reporter. Are you familiar with that program?

My target seed is B71308A4, and I've hit my delay via PikaTimer (twice/elm calls matched perfectly), but BOTH times my Zapdos has been Adamant, not Bold. I killed all roamers, and my date and time are correct. This must be a frame problem right? How do I find my target frame? And how do I find what frame I've been hitting? (I can gives you the IV's on the Adamant ZApdos if youd like)
im not sure what you mean? i went to seed finder, hit "open" and entred my IV spread generated by Java RNG, and i guess my target frame is the number under the column labeled "Method 1 Frame" ? -
