Just transferred the Chansey over to Black and checked its IVs with my AR, and, well, it's totally flawless except for its Defense, that's actually 22. :/ Turns out I overshot by 1 frame (2 milliseconds, dang). Sorry about that.
I'm currently trying to get the proper flawless one right now, but I'm hitting everything but the right frame... so it may take a while, unfortunately.
I bred another Bold Chansey after realizing my mistake, with 31/4/31/31/31/31 IVs, if you'd like that one instead?
I'll check over your thread for some stuff if you're alright with that one.
